That was the plan until my spouse surprised me with a new Apple Watch and iPods yesterday. 😂😂 Now it’s looking more like 15 or wait for the 16 that usually comes out around my birthday.
Shouldn’t the 15 Pro Max with the larger display and battery be the one compared to the s23 Ultra?
This for us who wanna go cheaper than the 14 Pro Max but are also considering smaller than the S23U
For me I could never go back to an iPhone as a daily driver , once I had that multi tasking, in screen fingerprint scanner , emulators, 10 x zoom fully clarity , s pen gestures, excellent thermal management, dex and smart view projection w samsung flow , ability to download anything from anywhere at anytime , and customizable navigation there's no way I can go back to an iPhone again like 2015. The s23 ultra is superior and way better best phone ive ever owned and used. Ios has too many irrirating limitations and now they even have poor thermal management and they are introducing features that i was using w Samsung years ago

@@firstclass000the s23 ultra blows the new 15 pro out of the water spec wise. My note 20 ultra from 2020 still blows the 15 pro out of the water. Look if up if you don't believe me. Apple is a scam at this point
@firstclassgamer00 it doesn't matter because I tested the 14 pro max and the s23 camera is superior to that one and the 15 pro they are about equal camera wise . The 15 pro has better low light camera However samsung s23 ultra is offering very unique features like expert raw camera mode, pro mode. 8k , director view , and great video with HDR 10 plus UHD 60 , etc w superior zoom but then the s23 ultra is offering significant more value in other areas as well
@@morm2173your right. I had a note 8 and the experience was too good. Going to a 8+ from that was a downgrade. I miss using emulators and the other customization features
My personal suggestion, iphone 15 pro better. If we compare resale value after 2-3 years

I've just ordered 15 pro coming from s22 ultra. Havnt had apple since iPhone 5 but wanting to give them another shot

You need to understand the concept of the phones you are reviewing clearly in your video you can’t tell that the SMG has its brightness turned up and iPhone is just the right amount of contrast and brightness on its screen settings from factory. The both are good iphone are all about perfect moderations

I loathe the battery on my 14 Max Pro… I wasn’t going to get the 15 Max Pro because of my disappointment. I was planning on getting just the 15 Pro… but I always love Galaxy phones (mostly the note series now ultra series 😂😂).
iphone has better bass quantity while the s23U bass is tighter and faster. i am impressed on iphone's imaging and airiness too in the sound perspective. its a win for apple.
i used s22 ultra , mate 20 pro. all curve screen. for almost 6 years. so far. samsung screen consider top notch compare to apple. but. now i switch to iphone 15 max bcos kinda annoy using curve screen, u wont get full potential for gaming. and its kinda hard to get good screen protector. last time i used iphone 4 hahahhaha. its okay to switch. its not the brand its the user who use it. 1 week using 15 pro max. and i already used to it. gaming and video seem ok to me

How is app in app integration on the Samsung? For instance maps on Instagram app. In my last Samsung it took me out of the Instagram app and to the maps app… which I find maximum annoying 😅 iPhones don’t do this
even if it does that on the s23 ultra, the phone is super fast. Switching between apps is really easy

S23 ultra is better, my opinion iphone 15 pro max is trash this year, the titanium design breaks easy,phone overheats bad like the iphone says temperature is hot then 15 pro max will go to 80% to 10% after that high temperature 🌡 i would choose the 14 pro max anyday 100%

The S23 has the better screen, takes better photos, more changes are possible in the lock screen and home screen, the settings are more extensive, DEX, S-pen, Split screen, third-party devices connect better, more free apps, reasonable security, more RAM available, the negative is that NFC responds a bit slowly with payments, the square shape is not comfortable in the hand and pocket.
the shape is really personally preference. You have both phones?
@@firstclass000 the round edges from the IPhone and the 6.7 inch fits me better then the 6.8 with square edges. The S23 plus was the perfect size for me, but the specs were less than the S23 Ultra. I have the IPhone 14 PM right now but thinking about going back to the S23 Ultra lol.
@@Tha-King-Arthur Yea i think rounded edges are more comfortable for me, but I like the square look because it looks more premium and modern than normal rounded edges.
@@Tha-King-Arthur Have you gone back to the Ultra? I'm afraid it'll be a waste of money if I get the 14 Pro Max, cause I've never had an iPhone before and I love what Samsung does for its users. I don't like being limited in my experience as a user.
