The problem with repairing a Samsung phone is that you’re left phoneless for DAYS. That just doesn’t work in most people’s lives. With Apple, here in North America at least, you can walk in and out of the Apple Store in under an hour or two with a repaired phone.
Now I’m at the point where the S23 Ultra is a very nice phone and would be under my scope but the iPhone is Apple. And you know how hard it is to leave the ecosystem and stop using FaceTime, airdrop, iMessage the iCloud Keychain etc.

How do the Google apps work on the iPhone (Gmail, chrome, Google drive and Google assistant) Not alot of videos on this topic, for business I find the Samsung or Pixel phones easy to use. The fact that I can edit ms word or excel sheets on my samsung is so helpful for my construction company.
Having used both devices the google apps work just about the same on iPhone and Samsung, drive uploads may be slightly faster on the S23U, but not enough to notice.
I am pro everything- having competition is key for faster progress at lower prices. I keep going back to Samsung and NVIDIA for GPUs, but wish for a rich field of competition so we all win
I’m coming back to some of these videos to share my experience with both these phones and why I chose one over the other. Maybe it will help someone else make their decision. I originally got the s23 ultra and ended up returning it for the 15 pro max. Technically I believe the s23 ultra is the more tech advanced phone and can do more but the iPhone feels more premium in hand and is more enjoyable to use in day to day tasks. The excitement of the s23 wore out quickly and it just felt like any other android phone. On the other hand the iPhone still impressed me with how premium it feels every time I pull it out of my pocket. Even just how the touch screen feels when you’re swiping around the Home Screen. I don’t know what it is but it just feels like a higher quality product. If you’re a heavy tech user and will actually use things like dex then you may want to go with the s23 but if you just use your phone to make calls, watch TH-cam, scroll social media and connect with friends then I think the iPhone is the better experience. The s23 ultra is an absolute beast and will do all the things you want it to do but for me I didn’t use even half of the things it could do and it just didn’t feel as good doing the normal everyday things as the iPhone. I honestly believe most average people will enjoy using the iPhone over the ultra but if you will use all the features like dex I completely understand the appeal in the s23. Also I have not had any of the issues people are reporting about the 15. The s23 ultra is cooler during charging but my iPhone doesn’t get overly hot. I think the battery is better on the iPhone as well. On the ultra it seemed like every time I looked at my battery percentage it had ticked down another percent. My iPhone seems to just sip battery in comparison. I know that was a bit of a ramble but it’s early and I’m tired so forgive me.
I've dropped my samsung phone numerous times on concrete and they've never cracked. I've had my s21u for 2 years and set it on my lap in the car and forget it's there. I step out and it falls and lands on the asphalt in the parking lot, doesn't crack. Fell two feet off my chair onto my driveway and it cracked the corner, a few months ago. I'm an android user through and through. Iphone does have good features and is not a bad phone by any means. I just think android is way better and offers more features for me. And for both phones I think it all depends on how your phone falls and lands as to whether it cracks or not. I love fast charging, finger print sensor, numbers and symbols on my texting keyboard, my extra side pull out tab, my back button etc. I think the drop down menu and layout of the galaxy phones are just much better. I feel it's much easier to use one handed. And also I think android is way more user friendly. If you've never used either, android is more self explanatory than iPhone. I've used both and I don't get how anyone thinks iPhone is easier to navigate. It's all extra steps or no obvious way to move backwards etc
If all you’re doing is video editing then you definitely don’t “need” to upgrade from M1 Pro/Max, unless you got a weaker configuration and are all of a sudden using more intensive graphics and effects. Idk anyone pumping out enough videos on a daily basis where saving even 5 min on an export is worth spending $3000+. Would be a nice upgrade for gaming, but the Mac platform is kinda lackluster for that and I wouldn’t spend all that just to game.
Lol, water in samsung USB port is a common problem for all samsung phones since s8. Shame for them that it is still exists. The fact that it stopped working for you completely (usually it fixes by itself in 6-8 hours) is samsung fault, not yours. So, they didn't make you a favor, they should have fixed it. Also, my experience with samsung service is completely different. When I come to repair a defective screen (which just stopped turning on), they said that my phone is rooted (it wasn't, and I never root my phones!) and thus won't do any repair under warranty. So, maybe when you pay money, they are nice, but if you want to use warranty, they will try to cheat on you.

@@berkalin I have both devices and I prefer the IPhone 15 PM screen above the S23 screen. i find the screen of the iPhone smoother, brighter and cleaner. U find this bullshit I’m not.
How do the Google apps work on the iPhone (Gmail, chrome, Google drive and Google assistant)
Not alot of videos on this topic, for business I find the Samsung or Pixel phones easy to use. The fact that I can edit ms word or excel sheets on my samsung is so helpful for my construction company.
Having used both devices the google apps work just about the same on iPhone and Samsung, drive uploads may be slightly faster on the S23U, but not enough to notice.
I open the vid and the first thing is Andres is acting zesty😂
I am pro everything- having competition is key for faster progress at lower prices.
I keep going back to Samsung and NVIDIA for GPUs, but wish for a rich field of competition so we all win
Intro was too good man😂😂😂
Very detailed everyday test mentioning things like water demage etc, thank you for this video, cheers.
You can organize the app drawer into alphabetical order using the three dots in the app drawer at the top right.
which one would you prefer if your usage is focused towards social media content creation?
anyone noticed the lag on Samsung at the 2 min 12 sec and he just started about saying at any point it was not lagging 😂😂
I was expecting a display test playing dark videos
Very nice review and comparison.. now we have to wait for S24 ultra I believe it will be a good surprise for iPhone
Hey Andres great video as usual 😊, can you please sahre the Porsche wallpaper showing at 2:28 ? I'm dying to get it, thank you :D .
That wallpaper looks so sick!!! Where'd you get that?
Great videos mate love the 1st scene 👍👍👍... 😅😅
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Love the inTro Bro. Thats real Creative
Very informative video. Keep up the good work 👍🏾
I am new to the channel and you’re set up is beautiful
i am always amazed by the quality of your videos.......kindly say which camera do you use to shoot your videos??
Im thinking of the people who are missing out on this amazing video 😂 they are missing a great experience.
Andres my one of the favorite video is your 6 month s23 ultra review. Are you gonna go back to s23 ultra???
Great comparison!! Can you please do a comparison of the Galaxy and the Pixel?
I'm addicted to this channel!!
Not gonna lie, I laughed at that skit. So silly as my sense of humour 😂
Imessage and facetime just dominates the US. Using sms to send pics are just too messed up. :(
lol the intro 😂
that intro tho! love it
The iPhone also has super fast charging? There is literally no phone on the market right that needs that much time to charge 😂
After all we don't get you wrong 😂😂😂
I'm not satisfied with my 15 pm
I'll replace it with upcoming s24 ultra God Willing.
Try to use Vivo X90 Pro Plus, or New Vivo X100 Pro
This is a nice review. And wait for pixel eight review.
Best intro in TH-cam's history😂❤
😂 nice beginning of video ❤ Hey, what can I do if I like Samsung but I want to have a great camera?😮
S23U forever ❤
Samsung used to have an extra button 4 generations ago. I've never used.
Mindblowing vibes and production quality is just on another planet!!
Completely agreed with all the points you made throughout the comparison brother!
🎉🎉GoodGoing!
Every iPhone since 10, I have broken the back 😭 and I’m on 14PM right now broken. Can’t wait to go back to Android after so long 🎉
The main reason for the samsung's display to break that easily is the curve. The curves in the edge of the display make it vulnerable
What I want to know is Samsung s23 ultra vs google pixel 8 pro
Google got friendzoned.. 😅
18:14 iPhone 15 Pro Max 200mpx mode? 🤔 got ya!
It does'nt matter whatever your pocket can hold and you like you can get. Right. It's different to every other person. Isn’t it.
basically buy the s23 ultra looool the iPhone fanboys can cry more we dont care
Hey Andres, amazing video, off topic question, what's the width of your desk counter top ?
I went from Iphone 11 to S23Ultra, I don't miss the Iphone a bit, I miss Applepay though, otherwise the multitasking and sharpness of the S23ultra puts the Iphone on the shelf.
Every os is fluid on newer phones and sluggish on older phones… facts. Ios 17 on 12 pro max stutters.
I am wonderin can you talk about mac's cycle count in the mac videos. I really searched everything but no one tell properly this thing and i believe this is important. btw video was great
Andres, which application do you use to edit the pictures?
Those colors 🤌
Can anyone tell me how to transfer photos from iPhone to Samsung without losing the original date of the photos? now only see the transfer date.
I use to be apple fanboy, but the thing with android, i can make it like ios, the simplicity, but i have more options, that is why i like my s23 ultra now. Its like i am still using my phone, as an iphone, but more.
