I just bout a 96 Speedster I can't wait to put it on the water. It came with no radio so i added a Bluetooth Pioneer along with four 8"inch JBL speakers im very impressed how loud the radio is. Can't wait to hit those wakes on it for some awesome family fun memories

I have a 2007, and it is an absolute blast. One word of warning, make sure to contact local boat dealers and confirm whether or not they will do service / repair on them, as they are discontinued and almost every shop here in Eastern Washington said no way.
Thomas Granbois yup same here took a 97 twin engine speedster on a trade sweet little boat and fast but took it in this spring for check before first use and got the call saying 1500 in repairs i have plenty jet boat places here 29 miles to my marine mechanic from home .....new impellers pull both jet pumps and rebuild new carbon fiber rings and so on but I'll know what I have on the water now ......ton of fun and worth every penny ya only live once

Loll😜😜😜 Put seadoo full syntec oil in it, the blood red one and you should be good, always put bleu locktight on every bolt you screw back on the engine. Under the fire arestor on the carb, the bolt are 3/4 inch long so if they get loose they don't get suck into the engine. I learned because I was missing on and I have replaced it with a shorter one, guess what, it is the rotary valve that got it and it got stock there. You will have a lot of fun with it, they are like gocart on water, I have had mine for 10 years now and everytime I go full throttle I still have the goosebumps. Have fun with it all summer long my friend.
Well 3000rpm not on plane and 4000rpm on plane. 6000rpm max They don't cost mutch to ride at 4000rpm 6000 you go real fast and then they drink of course. But remember 2x717cc 2 stroke they just love raving and you are far from a v8 trying to keep the rev up After 2 hours you are good to go back to your couch relaxing haha. Txs for watching

@@boutdoog I love the video and music, but you don't know much about water do you? Water is soft when hitting it slow but hit water going 55 and you'll feel like you hit a brick wall. Enjoy your toy and go freaking crazy with it since life's short, but when your driving hard like that, you really do need your vest and lanyard on. Racers wear seatbelts for a reason... That life vest is your only seatbelt in-case something goes wrong. Btw, it's hard being macho when your paralyzed or dead from dumb decisions.
hey thank's for the comment. If you have a 40 footer get the new scarab 165. that a real get boat. Scarab both the boat from Bombardier when they stoped making the jet boat and they put a real engine in it. the Seadoo engine is a rotary intake and they suck. they are a lot of fun but they break every ride you do. i have rebuilted the engine 4 time. they have a lot of problem with them. they are a lot of fum and next summer i am ready to go back on the water. let's get crazy with those jetboat. I'll be back... LOL
If I tell you 170hp 2 stroke twin 85hp 717cc or like commonly call the 720s I am an old school boy. Haha And the sound of twin 2 stroke in my back is just a toy for me. The game is to time both sound togethers, then it is awesome

Lucky to live in Spain with those toys. You could not believe how many tie-wraps and tape I have use to fix it. I used a dirt bike handle bar to get the angle. I will work on a new one for next summer. Share some of those Spain videos with us. :)
