We recommend removing the old vinyl.

We just ordered new covers from you. Does it matter if the foam has mildew stains on it? Does it need to be cleaned first? Some pieces are very black.
Just leave it for a while outside to dry out. The vinyl is mildew resistant so you should be fine.
Several of the bolts on the seat back and bottom are turning but not coming out, any suggestions?
