Apparently hip thrusts are amazing for 1 foot jumpers. And u can also do heavy calf raises for an accessory exercise with the bar on ur back.
Yeah I’ve always done trap bar deadlift and since I started doing it my vert went up a lot.
There is no one magic exercise, but I think Trap bar Deadlifts may be as close as you can get. Hope you enjoyed the video
or if your back is shit, the dumbell squat is really good w a low seat or box to briefly sit on. @@JiggyHills
What are your thoughts on weighted pistol squats? Better than Bulgarian split squats??
you should put all of knees over toes exercises on this list too
