It's so fun to see both him and Ilka Villi (the face and body of Alan Wake) in the same place!

Two things I absolutely loved about the game awards: Swen accepting GOTY in a suit of armor Sam getting up on stage and dancing with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen on a game directors face. Like look at that man and tell me he’s not on top of the world right now!
Games are weird because games are made by weird people. So it's nice to see the weirdness embraced instead of snuffed out. Seeing people allow themselves to be their authentic self is something we need more of and I'm just glad they are getting their recognition.
The coolest thing to me about this, is how meta this is. Because the irl actors ALSO portray the characters in the game, this type of performance can only be possible with Alan Wake. You couldn't do this with any other game. It fits so perfectly with the overall theme of Alan Wake, transcending reality and breaking the 4th wall. This was so fucking cool.
Stumbled across Laimu when i went to rewatch this performance on youtube, and anyone who vibes and fangirls over Poets of the Fall like this gets an instant follow from me. So glad Alan Wake and Control are introducing more people to one of the best bands out there

My school did a production of 'A Mid-Summer Nights Dream', and I was supposed to be the understudy for Puck, but the guy playing Oberon quit, so I got the part. Instead of hiding behind a tree when the humans came on stage, I wore grey and black, pretending to be a rock. One of the actresses sat on my back.
Haven’t played the game but my goodness this song and performance is incredible. Makes me want to get the game, maybe if I eventually play and beat Alan wake 1 💚

I have to thank you, limes because I have a very hard time finishing games due to how my brain works so i didnt finish Alan Wake 1, I watched your vods so I could keep up with the lore enough while watching my big brother play through Alan Wake 2 over discord. And because your videos exist it helped me get so invested into this series and its now one of my favorite game series ever!!
Seeing the contrast between Limes' utter excitement as a huge fan of the game and Vinny's utter CONFUSION as someone who knows nothing about the game is absolutely hilarious. I've never played the game either but that performance was the highlight of the show.
