Spartan Glory: Rise of the Hoplites

King Areus of Sparta led a force north to conquer Apollonia. While on campaign he was betrayed by Athens and Knossos. The coalition conquered Sparta killing King Areus only son and heir to the throne of Sparta. With no options left King Areus calls upon their powerful neighbor Rome. Offering the most valuable thing any Spartan can give in return for help reclaiming their homeland.
