Every actor who played Superman thus far have been great though for me Henry Cavill is the stand out and Man Of Steel is the stand out solo movie, impressed that Superman has been given to us so epic and i hope that continues with James Gunns movie, will find out in Summer! 💯

Not the thief climbing the building. Not Superman taking on the thieves on the boat. Not even Superman carrying the boat to the police headquarters. Nope. I'm talking about when he rescues the cat caught up a tree. He's doing all that stuff, saving countless lives and stopping some serious crime. Through all that, he hears a little girl crying for something. He takes a look, sees a cat in a tree and thinks, "Yeah, I've got time to help with that." Also, I think your list should have considered stuff other than films. For total Superman badassery, just look at his take down of The Elite in "Superman Vs The Elite".
Because I am a jerk, Superman did _not_ "reverse time" in the first movie. He traveled back in time. If he'd actually reversed time, all the disasters that he prevented before that would have happened.

In Superman Returns, Kal-El is lifting an Island not a ship. Do you really watch the films you talk about and in this case are trying to bring to people's attention?

Heck, he can move entire planets and I'm okay with it. However, he should barely be able to move a marble if that marble is made of kryptonite. And the Martian Manhunters name is J'onn J'onzz ..
Brandon Routh was incredible, he actually played Christopher Reeve playing Superman. That's something that requires you to act totally without ego. That said, Henry Cavill is also an awesome guy and plays heroic characters like an absolute legend 👍
Routh was just as good as Cavill, but he got stuck with a crap script. No actor could have made that movie succeed. Routh deserved so much better. Much like Cavill's treatment by the big studios lately, Routh was punished for other people's mistakes.
