This template worked for me! I didn’t send it within 24 hours though 😩🤔 I waited 4 days and got a quick response back, and got the job offer a few days later! 💪🏽❤️

One thing that I do in thank you emails is, if there was anything about me or my skills that the interviewers seemed to like during the interview, I mention those things briefly in the thank you email. I have done this twice and have gotten the position both times! One interviewer even commented on how my thank you email was "great follow up" when offering me the position. I think it really helps to refresh the interviewers' memories regarding the things they liked about you to make those qualities stand out in their minds.
i actually just sent my follow up email and in the p.s. section, i mentioned exactly what you said and thanked them for saying it as it gave me confidence !!

There was a bit of a language barrier between myself and the interviewer, so while I was trying to ask him questions to create a connection he was really dry, “no much”, “work”. I just sent a simple “I really appreciate your straight to the point attitude and you have a great sense of style.” I also noticed he has a decent looking watch on and no suit and tie, so I threw in a couple of compliments and recommended my favorite watch company. It was like pulling teeth but I got it done.

I had my first interview yesterday for the position (went great) & round 2 today(carried myself well but didn’t do great at answering 2 of those questions & he was harder to read than the woman I initially interviewed with). Though it didn’t go as swell, we had good moments & he gave me his email at the end which prompted me to send this thank you email! Regardless of the outcome, I feel so much better after sending it. It's like you read my mind because I always struggle with the subject line. I tend to use "Thank you" so happy to see that made it in your list, but I've also gone back to a previous thread if I had emailed with that person before so the subject line in that case may be the title of the role. i guess i have been used to the quarantine that I forgot to giving thanks after the online assessment. or maybe I have a lot of things in my head that I missed it. big thanks for reminding me to give thanks back to the company I am applying for.
