This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
Your video kinda saved my marriage LOL, we were discussing how and where to put after using it. Then just found out that it is foldable! Thanks a bunch!
What a brilliant review, I loved it and you have a new subscriber! Please always stick to this format and if anything, add to it. I'm getting this bench!

Highly recommend the BARWING 10-7-4-3 Bench. It's 125, but the flag handles near the head to do abdominal lifts is great. Really wide range of incline selections as well.
How do you think 65 degrees is for DB military presses? That's the only big concern I have with this bench, that it doesn't get any steeper than 65 degrees.
It’ll hit your front shoulders/ upper chest more. You can always try adding “the step” as it’s called from Amazon under the rear leg which would get you a lot steeper shoulder press angle. I’ve done that many time over the years to help get a deeper decline on benches for ab work.
The closer to 90 degrees the more it will target shoulders. A angle of 65 is ok but it’s not what would be most efficient it would work more of your chest than shoulder

THANK YOU for telling the right angles.

It was dope you did live examples of each angle in the bench. How do you feel about reverse crunches on the bench? Would it work?

Highly recommend the BARWING 10-7-4-3 Bench.

Yes
Great video, can you do one on the new fly bird 4?
Appreciate all your Adjustable Bench video's - would you choose PasYou over the RitFit?
I’d go Pasyou
How would you say this bench compares to the Flybird Adjustable Bench (The all black one.) Debating on which one to get.
Great Channel by the the way.
Is everything in the package or do i need to buy the pins or screws ?
I was looking for situp bench
good review
It looks small.
Edit: Nevermind, I just watched the video. It fits a 6'1 man pretty much perfectly. I think I'm good.

Nice rev.
I’m 5’6 so I think I’ll be fine 😭
Should I get this, FlyBird or just get the Fitness Reality 2000?
Pasyou is great also, but I like Fitness reality 2000 a little better
@@MattTolbers Thanks for the suggestion.
Is 65 degrees OK for working out shoulders?

Thank you for this video
Would you recommend this or a fitness reality 1000 supermax for $82?

Please review the new Rogue rackable five foot Olympic barbell. Thanks
Thanks for the idea, I plan to start reviewing barbells soon
I’m 6,4 is this bench too small for me?
Why is the Pasyou at 500 pounds and Yes For All is only rated for 400 pounds?
great quick review. thanks!
how much does it weigh and what are the dimensions?
I have a small room, and not enough free space. I wonder if I have enough room for this.
you will.
What is the height from floor to top of seat?
Matt hasn't commented or posted any videos in over a year. What happened to him?? anyone know ?
