    Well working out with a bench on the carpet is going to make anything feel flimsy. Put it on concrete or hardwood flooring. The carpet review is not accurate no offense.

    I love this bench. I have both versions of the Flybird benches. I love the red one because it’s not as high. My wife can use and her feet touch the ground. I don’t understand the criticism because this bench is super sturdy. The bench is indeed shorter. I’m 5 11 and I comfortably use for incline and decline dumbbell press

    • @GamerBody
      @GamerBody  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should try the newer one with the red trim. It is only 16" off the ground and far better than this one. This was actually one of my least favorite benches I've ever tested. Good that you enjoy it though!

    People come in various heights so a seat height adjustment or overall height adjustment on workout/weight benches could make it more suitable for the masses. I have PowerBlock bench that has a seat height of that go down to about 13.5 inches and up to 16 inches. I’m 5’7” and the 16 inch seat height is perfect.

      I wouldn't buy it again, but it will ultimately come down to what you think. I just made a review on a better on Flybird released :)

    Thank you for this review. I just made a decision thanks to you to buy the earlier version. I am 6.3 tall, it is much better.

      Don't get the Flybird at your height. Go with FitnessReality

    I'm 6 foot 1 inch and to find a good weight bench for my height is an absolute nightmare.

      Yeah for some reason anyone over 6ft seems to have troubles finding it. They are made more for the average height I suppose.

      @@doki-_-7002 The all-black Flybird bench may work, I just don't like how high it is off the ground. However, they do get pricey.

      @@GamerBody Sadly I can't order that one since it's almost only for US market. Can't find it in europe. I went with winnow bench, might not be the best but will work and it's longest bench I could find.

      Probably. Still not my favorite bench, bit I think you would at least fit.

      @@GamerBody what is the best bench for a person that is 5’4?

    • @GamerBody
      @GamerBody  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure. The ones I look for are for me personally. If you can find one with the pin selector that can hold a decent amount of weight and fold well I'd go in that direction.
