ORIGINAL CHICKEN ARROZ CALDO RECIPE / MALAKI ANG TUBO (PANG NEGOSYO 2021)

  • For todays episode i will share how to cook original Chicken Arroz Caldo recipe it is similar to Chinese Rice Porridge. It is best served when topped with boiled eggs, some scallions, and roasted garlic.
    Ingredients:
    .1 kg chicken (sliced into serving size)
    .1 big onion mince
    .8 cloves garlic mince
    .100 gr mince ginger
    .1 tbs chicken powder or chicken cube seasoning
    .3 tbs patis/ fish sauce
    .2 tsp salt or to taste
    .1 tsp ground black pepper
    .2 stalk tanglad (lemon grass)
    .750 gr long grain glutinous rice
    .17 cups of water (stock)
    3 tbs star margarine or oil
    Chooped scallion (toppings)
    Calamansi

    bravo !!!!!!!! you'd done it well !!! same as my method but I put the fish sauce with the chicken before the soup or broth kasi malakas ang lasa ng patis .Good one 👍👍👍

    I just made a comment on chef tatung’s channel cooking arroz Caldo sabi ba ko I like the way he cooks aruzcaldo but after watching your way i think it’s getting even better now I prefer the Iloilo style to be honest

      Gawing ratio is, 1 cup of rice to 5 cups of water. Puedi po puro malagkit na rice. Yung ginagawa ko is 70 percent malagkit at 30 percent long grain na hindi malagkit.. salamat sa panunuod

      Archie i followed chef Angel video from start to end. Nailagay nya ang tanglad kitang-kita ko. Maganda ang paraan nya ng pagluluto ng arroz caldo at sigurado akong napakasarap ang niluto nya. Sa lahat ng napanood kong video tungkol dito ay ito ang perfect na paraan ng pagluluto ng arroz caldo ang instructions nya ay simple and very understandable.
