I’m sorry, that slotted ladle was purposedly used for the garlic, so that oil can easily drip. We can’t get that efficient with any wooden slotted spoon, can we? I appreciate your time and thanks for watching.
Lods pa request po, letchon paksiw, ala paksiw isda. Wala po sya magtumas. At letchon kawali na ang sauce gravy. Natikman ko na yan gusto ko lang kong ok ba ang lasa or pasuk sa panlasa mo.
Ang ginagawa ko po para mabilis mabalatan yung itlog ay pagka-luto ng itlog, ika-crack ko yung itlog tapos ibababad ko yan sa tubig. Then after 3-6 mins, binabalatan ko na yung itlog.

Yes, ok din po dinorado or any regular rice na nakasanayan nyong gamitin.
pagbabalat ng nilagang itlog hack: alugin lahat ng itlog sa isang container, sila sila ang magbabasagan
Ibabad nalang sa suka ang itlog malulusaw ang shel nang itlog sa vinegar kapag binabad nang dalawang araw sa isang garapon
