I don't understand the old man's logic. He wants to give a "Warning" but still you have to prove your speed in court by the dash cam ? How does that work in America? In England a warning is a warning. Copper pulls you over, says "Slow Down Mr" and you do even if not speeding, there is no further action least of all a court appearance. So how does a warning in America land you in court to prove your innocence ?
While the victim is on the grass verge the copper is in the hard shoulder (English term for the slip, I don't know what you call it?) Somehow the victim is in danger of being run over but the copper isn't? 😆😅🤣😂 Let's place some bets on that ! 😜

Trooper Borja slowly unravelled as his assertions, threats and pleading failed to get the ID he was so desperately craving and made even worse by his admission that he served his country for 20 years.
This trooper is a disgrace to the uniform and his family and friends should be invited to watch this video and then decide how proud they are of his behaviour.

Absolutely a retaliatory stop. What cop pulls someone over for doing 81 in a 75??? Where I live, the speed limit is 65 and most people go at least 75-80!
Police usually issue anything over 5 mph of the speed limit. But they can write you for 1 over.

A "warning" means it never happened. It still puts your name in a data base and you can't contest a warning in court to get it taken off your record.

Even when you know the stop is retaliatory and unlawful you need to present ID. Otherwise you make it easy for the tyrant to jam you up further. Better to file a suit after the stop than argue at the roadside without giving them any further reason to use against you
It's pretty hard to justify randomly flipping off a cop though.
You can take this to court. We have to take a whole day off of work, waste a day sitting at the court house. If we don't show we get a warrant. This guy gets paid if he shows up or not.

On the one hand, there's always the reality of fighting the violations of our constitutional rights in a courtroom. So presenting your ID may be deemed as necessary. However, the driver is correct in his stance about recording( including the thhreats of arrest and intent to destroy the window)standing up for his rights and having required proof via his dashcam to refute the officers lies, and keeping the windows rolled up and his doors locked for his own safety. If people don't realize by now that cops are not your allies, servants or protectors, then there's not much else that can be learned. Cops only function since the days of 9/11 and bullshit laws like the Patriot Act, have devolved into revenue generators, either through tickets, fines, and arrests...quite often through combining all of the above. ALWAYS RECORD THE POLICE!!!!

Texas Dps some of the biggest liars I’ve ever seen I’ve been pulled over numerous times for a “brake light out” middle of day going down highway never touched them till after he hit lights and of course it was a “warning” I made sure soon as stop was done to get out and have a friend push brakes while they were still sitting there, never said a word about the double 5% tint or expired registration but lied about a tail light instead, got legit reasons to get pulled over yet they lie pathetic 🤣🤣

Yes unfortunately everything the officers doing is up to policy. If it went to court he could honestly say I actually believed he was speeding. He knows the guy wasn't speeding, he was hoping the driver might have a warrant or possibly he could write him a bogus ticket because he's pissed about getting the finger. With all the information the driver gave about being able to prove he wasn't speeding the DPS tyrant isn't going to write him an actual ticket because he'll get his ass kicked in cort. But he still has to assert his authority, it's all about every dirty cops ego. This is why they are despised by the public, despised by law abiding citizens.
