YES Auditor needs and must go to the City council meeting especially right after the Audit in front or lobby of Government building. For me it seems like the same thing with every Adit at the government building. The cops act like a glorified security guard at a parking garage. Or the security outside a millionaire gated home.
There has to be at least ONE on the council that believes in the first Amendment. Just maybe changing the PDs behavior to filming. It seems that all cops act like robots. I have been around so many cops that have EGOS through the roof, in my volunteer work with Fire Cadets as an advisor. When I overhear cops talking, they all "HATE" auditors. There is a new podcast that two cops do now on U-Tube. It is pretty good about getting at what cops think in a stress situation. They have lots of cop guests. It is pretty straight forward in my Humble opinion 😊❤😊

That police chief looked as if he is confident he’ll remain in place. I fear his retaliation against this auditor will be swift. Flex has been unconstitutionally jailed for free speech in Idaho by a corrupt judge. It’s not just individuals it’s a system. .

They have no authority. You can remove them at any time. It's time to realize this and not make the age-old mistake of letting anyone govern over you any longer. Look at it this way, even if you were satisfied with government, others wouldn't be, and then you government supporters would violate us. If you don't support government, then don't be disingenuous in statements and just call it like it is. Tyrants and their thugs do not deserve your pleas....they are beyond criminal, they are traitors to the individual's sovereignty.

I emailed this city hall on how the courts have clearly established that individuals don't have a first amendment right to film in government buildings. And every one I email I let them how first amendment auitors is just a drift. Your just doing it to put money in your pockets. I sent out a memo to many city halls and advice them to let you guys film as as it not used for commercial use on youtube. So I'm getting may cities to put policy's in place that there will be no filming if it being used for commercial or monetized on youtube. And adviced them if they want to come in and film for commercial use then frauditors have to share the revenue with the taxpayers of the government buildings. That way you guys will get your way and get out the info to the public you want. And you won't violate the rights of these government workers by publishing there images for a profit without there consent. This is 100% a violation of there rights. And if the video gets published for commercial use they are instructed to contact youtube to have it demonitized or taken down. These government workers have every right not to have there images used for a privacy. This is where you meet in the middle. And be happy if they even let you film. Since many courts in the last 2 years are saying individuals don't have a first amendment right to film in government buildings. Because there not public like you frauditors think they are. There limited or non public and the Supreme Court has ruled they can place certain restrictions in these buildings and the courts determined that filming is one of them. Your frauditor script holds no water in a court of law but you guys continue to lie and drift your veiwers. I'm that lawyer that plans to make real change. And these government workers and buildings are not there so you can drift and lie to your veiwers on youtube. Even long Island audit NYPD lawsuit the courts ruled that there sign is not unconstitutional. And the only thing there deciding now is if it violates the right to record act that the state of NewYork passed. So Sean has already screwed over frauditors with his lawsuit. The courts ruling the signs are not unconstitutional is a big loss for you guys. But you guys continue to hide this stuff from your veiwers. Yet you want the government to be so transparent. So then you frauditors can't tell your gullible veiwers they took my video down to keep me silent. Nope now there just exercising there rights to not be in a monetized video and that is there right. Boy it sucks when I teach others about there rights don't it. I pick 5 to 6 videos a day to contact and educate then right. Then go to the nearest sidewalk off the property of a government building, that's where the courts say where public is. You see public is short for traditional public and when it comes to government property there are 4 publics and they are traditional public, Designated public, limited public and non public. So unless your on a traditional public sidewalk or road or park your not in public.
