Gotta say. This is one of the most pleasant channels I've found this year. I've learned a lot from you and got myself a Ubiquiti system for my new home. Thank you for what you do!

TH-cam is super effective, but it does take a lot of time. Although possible to outsource marketing efforts to an agency, some element of founder led sales is a key ingredient to lasting success.

did win a new customer yesterday, we did not have the best experience, or the best prices, but we was the only one of several biders that did understand what the customer did want, and they do know us from before from other products we sell. so they know we sell good service and listen to them.

excellent material, pragmatic, your style is what does. I agree with Matthew, one of the most pleasant channels to watch and the topics are good sources of knowledge. I especially like the hot sauce ones. 8-)

Great video. I use to pay for ads but YT is working a lot better. You're right YT does take a lot of time and effort

Marketing is expensive, if you don't want to spend money you have to spend a lot of time.
By the way, time is money.

I think people need to understand when you try to market your business what kind of clients do you want? Sometime that marketing company market to get the numbers so they can brag to other clients they have, and they don't have the best interest in the clients you want.
