    I know this is an old video from 3 years ago. I believe it will actually help me 🙆🏻‍♀️
    I'm a server / waitress.
    I believe my anxiety is affecting my motor skills.
    Do you know how when you walk, you know where your eyes go/ where to look naturally...
    I have trouble doing that when I get this.
    I don't know what it is but it needs to be fixed, because it is absolutely embarrassing. every second is so embarrassing. I go closer to people than i want to, bc my natural ability to turn corners is definitely off.
    Thank you for the video,
    I feel helping already. 🚶🏻‍♀️

    Super interesting, can you do this for jogging too?

    • @jacksantorafitness
      @jacksantorafitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely! Walking is our set up for jogging and running with healthy technique. So all the principles that I teach here as a "setup" transfer directly into your jogging. We see similar problems in jogging such as lack of hip extension causing anterior pelvic tilt and limited foot mobility causing gait changes. So even the mobilities I show are applicable to jogging as well. Anytime we add speed to a movement it just makes maintaining the technique slightly more complicated.
