    Great video! Love these because it doesn't require a lot of time, but is also so important to get your day goin. Thanks for sharing!! Would love a video on a quick stretch for people with knee problems as for me that's like the first thing that aches when I wake up 🙄

      Are you familiar with banded distractions using a pull-up band? It's a great way to help restore joint function to the knee and provide what's called flexion gapping. This essentially puts space at the joint to allow it to realign and articulate better on itself. I would also check what's going on at your feet/hips. Knee pain is usually the result of something above or below when it's not related to direct trauma to the knee.
