Your meeting looked very similar to the types of finance meetings I've also had in my roles (including feedback on improvements that can be made - because there are always some!) It's great that you've shared and are shining a light for others on these meetings, as unless you're a business owner, CEO or senior leader/board, it's very unlikely that you ever get to see what these meetings actually look like!
