    Hi Heather, Having a 30 min meeting with each team member every two weeks seems difficult if you have a large team. Where I work, there are a lot of meetings already and it doesn’t leave much time to get work done. How do you suggest working through that?

      @@kellyk516 Yeah generally that's way too much to be great with all of them, so systems like these are going to be tricky Is there a way you can allocate assistant managers or supervisors to help you with the leadership? Otherwise, I'd maybe just reduce the frequency, so run the 30 mins once a month?

    This is so important, but I also think there's a big difference between having a 90 day induction plan and having a good plan! I have worked at companies with these plans, one of them was soul destroying 😂 it was a month of (almost solidly) being expected to watch corporate training videos in all sorts of random topics, then month 2 of having random calls with teams who would often say on the call that we'll likely never work together or speak to each other again. Then month 3 with more training videos! A bad induction can definitely leave people wondering why they joined a company!

    • @LeadershipHeather
      @LeadershipHeather 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ah fully agree! I have also done the corporate one, it needs to be built by the individual manager to be helpful , empowering, autonomous ❤
