The strangest tea perfume I have recently tried is Bois Sikar by Atelier des Ors. The opening (that last almost an hour) smells like Lapsang souchong. Many people like its smokiness, but to me it smells like salon on the grill with charcoals. That's the tea I can't stand and I also disliked the perfume due to Lapsang souchong note. Although the woods on the background sounded nice.
This is an amazing review! Your descriptions are very vivid. Thanks for including details like the short longevity and some other potentially negative aspects too. 😍
Really awesome channel! Just discovered it👌...btw what do you think about layering bvlgari le gemme orom with joyeux osmanthe by maison rebatchi? I'm thinking of trying this
Thank you and welcome to my channel. Orom is just so perfect for me that I never had an idea to layer it. I did enjoy Joyeux Osmanthe, but its intensity was a bit much for me and gave me a headache.
I love your review I have always loved tea note in perfume..... but sadly most of them are too unisex as I only love very feminine elegant, sophisticated and natural smelling perfume without too much sugar
Meliora Parfums de Marly and B. Balenciaga Intense Balenciaga are very feminine tea perfumes. I did not include them because the tea note in both is not very prominent.
