Pinched my inner tube with spoons after changing out the rim , that was a pain in the ass alone but i gave up after that , definitely will try this method ,when my new tube comes!
I've changed tires on two T4s. Both had pinched tubes from the factory that were obviously done by spoons. Like you I work it on. I've tried stands (work better for bigger rims) and the shims (that hold opposing side like you did with knees). If I have to change another I will use soap like you did. :D
@@glasco_ omg I know that feeling. Once you changed it once it will be better after. The first time took me awhile but I knew it was something I had to learn how to do because I didn't want to waste money sending mt wheel back to inmotion.
Pinched my new inner tubes but will try this. Also do you know if getting an inner tube with the valve facing away from the tube will hit the side of the euc?
@@xgeneralpotatoes4941 I know the valve has to be 90 degree bent. But go on alien rides website or Ewheels website and look for 16x3 inner tube. They will automatically have the ones for the EUC's. There's some on Amazon but I didn't want to trust it for some apparent reason. Also alien rides is the cheapest
Hey did you have to recalibrate your v12 after doing any disassembling? I used your soap method and it worked! I patched up my original tube. I reassembled it. It was really late at night but I wanted to test ride it but it felt different. Now I’m wondering if I need to recalibrate it. I will try later today
