Absolutely. I was mildly nervous during most of the video. I was crawling at walking speed behind some walkers and 2-3 year old kid just showed up in front of me out of nowhere. I reacted just quickly enough not to throw him off but I did touch him. I was terrified and his father was understandably angry. The kid was just confused. He didn't cry or anything. It ruined my day but it could be much worse.
Hi Chooch. The V12HT is my first E-Unicycle and I absoulutly love it! It gets me where I want to go and it has plenty of torque to get me up a hill quick! With it being a 16" wheel it is compact enough for me to take it on the train or put it in my trunk with no problems. At present, my V12HT needs some fixin! The nice people at EUCO said they will be getting back to me. I will let you and your followers know how my service experience works out.
I heard something about a trunk, if you own a registered car and register the wheel one or the other will have chip failure from being over zealous. Think about others and save the planet for future generations, pick the euc.

Great video and sweet ride on that campus. Nice save with that girl who changed direction in front of you! I have the V12HS and love the wheel too. I can get about 42 miles averaging 27 to 32 MPH and being 5'6" and 131 pounds helps! Thx Chooch! Be safe.

Oh I see another one of you.....I ride like this to and ppl love it, I get the odd goof but the majority can't get enough. Bicycle riders are far more dangerous and scooters are a big hazzard to so what about them?
I’m 220 pounds, anything above 34ish psi and the wheel gets wobbly and difficult to manage. 30ish psi and I can rip pretty much full speed. V12HT, on road.
@@dirt.surfer It has a dramatic effect on my wheel. If I hit a bump with 40psi in my tire and my positioning isn’t absolutely perfect it’s going to death wobble. Maybe my tire isn’t straight, or something of that nature. But it’s a very controllable variable and the results are pretty conclusive as I’ve tested on my daily commute which is all pretty much the same every day.
My EWheels V12 HT arrives Wednesday. Looking forward to learning on it. Already have 3d printed plates to protect the screen and back end, pads ordered, etc. Watching you rip EUCs on trails is what got me interested in them. I saw they weren't just for people in the city. 🙂

It only took me about an hour to start wobbling unsteadily around the yard, but I was staying up for a few minutes at a time by the end of that first big session. (Your experience may vary) Mounting and dismounting is the hardest to get the hang of, just like when you learned to ride a bike. Then you get to start learning how to move your body to turn. It's all sub-conscious muscle memory, so if you are dedicated, you'll eventually get it. By the end of the first week I went out into the neighborhood streets, and had some trouble dealing with speed wobbles around 15-20 mph till I learned how to use pressure on the pedals and pads to stabilize. Once I got past those, I could push higher speeds. Extreme slopes felt weird at first. (Standing on a level platform going up or down a steep incline messes with the brain.) Today I am nearing 650 total miles with it, including a couple 38-mile rides, and can comfortably max out my speed and want more in certain situations. I ride it every day around campus and I love it so much as an outlet and transport. I have full control of ~2 horsepower and almost limitless motion. Still working on learning to ride backwards (not much success yet) and have been getting really good at navigating through crowds at extreme low speed. I would highly recommend EUCs to anyone who can afford one from a reputable distributor and is dedicated to learn it. It changed my life drastically by getting me away from endless video games and out into nature. And it's a great way to start conversations because most people have never seen one. I'm happy to answer more questions, but for now I hope this small book was helpful for you. 😊

I have been thinking of getting the v12 ht, its in the right price range and formfactor that I am looking for. but so is the T4. they both are about the same price, size, and specs though the t4 has suspension.
I own a rs19 and a ks s18. I only put about 5 miles a week on the s18. It has ots places where suspension is nice. But the rs is beastmode on most of the trails until you find some rough chunk and need to slow your roll. Either way the v12 is a fun solid wheel and wish I had the opportunity to ride the ht for a week. T4 is looking nice for a trail ripper
how do you ride. i just got my v12 recently. have it on commuter and 50% pedal. i can balance decent. i go up to 15 mph and wheel wobbles. this is maybe my 6 day riding. idk what the problem is. my whole child hood i skated so my balance is on point but not with euc

@ OK sick, thanks dude. I will check them out if the Inmotion pads I have work out to be too small. One last thing - do you have a video on pad placement? As I’m new and just learning, it feels better having something higher up the wheel for control, but I see that you and most of the harder riders have pads down really low to tuck your toes onto, which makes a lot of sense.

what is your weight? I use 23 PSI for 83kg (183lb) and it feels great. Very soft and responsive. Changing just 2 PSI make a difference on the Cordial tire.

Question here for anyone with a V12 HT. I just got mine but some of the plastic where it meets the pad seems faded and worn I was thinking this could be from humidity and having the plastic wrapped around it but the biggest thing I noticed is incredible vibration as I slowly shift from the forward to back motion is this normal? Between .8 and 1.5 in reverse is pretty intense. Please help. My girlfriend ordered it for me as I have a down payment on the V13 but I think she was sick of me talking about it so she ordered me a V12 from Amazon to pacify me. Obviously I didn't have the heart to tell her that ordering from Amazon was the wrong move but she purchased the warranty ( so there's that). Do I need to return it?
out of the box some have that look on the plastic but it is as simple to clean it. I use ethanol 75% and after cleaning them the plastic looks great. About the vibration it is not normal. With the app you get several items you can re-calibrate even the motor. After doing it, if the vibration does not disappear I would definitively ask some dedicated service to check it or return it. It may be the assembly was not properly done. But if calibration does not fix it, you need to check it. Ride safe and enjoy that beast of a machine. Regarding the pedals, when adjusting the height check the bolts are screwing properly since some put it not straight and then complain that get damaged or loose. Put them streight, with locktite 242 and 6nm of torque to secure them properly. Not that complex and way lesser maintenance than an EUC with suspension.
Hi chooch. I bought v11 a few months ago. I recently got an email from inmotion to apply to test the v13. I applied and couple weeks later they notified me I was chosen offering to send a v13 for testing this month. Have you or anyone else in the euc community seen this or been selected to get a test wheel? Is this a scam? Or is it legit?
I agree with everything that Adam said about this wheel but the torque. I have one V12 HT. Adam had bad experience with it and am I not sure he is totally objective, also he is not a representative rider. For lambda people the V12 HT does have torque and it is a hill climber.
@@jeanphilippelabays1888 he said it doesn’t really a noticeable difference in torque compared to the hs tbh the only reason you would want to get the ht is for the stronger rim he said the Sherman max has way way more torque which he said was surprising since it has a bigger tire and it’s heavier

The price point on the V13 and the upcoming wheels are irrelevant dude. People can put $2000 down and take their time and pay off for the wheel before Ewheels ships it. It’s really sad that people expect the price of these machines to remain at $1500 and $2000. Come on now.I have no issues with my v12 never cutout.
@@Blox117 price point being high usually is because the battery's, sure they can make them faster but you will need higher voltage which would drain the tank faster, and you would need to pay more for that, pretty much common sense.

7:05 as an example, little dude turns suddenly right.. you will charge right into him. I don't get this dodging around pedestrians for fun. Reckless and dangerous. 7:08 is even worse, look at still picture, you go so near you have to dodge your hand not to hit the pedestrian on speeds like this.. not fun for the pedestrian and new riders will copy you with their V12 and RS's.. The c3 kongs are what I use on the ET max, the regular c3 bios are 30% smaller but the same thing and same style, they should be perfect on the v12

it’s a 360 camera, it doesn’t see the stick by design since it falls in the plane right between the two lenses.

The price point on the V13 and the upcoming wheels are irrelevant dude. People can put $2000 down and take their time and pay off for the wheel before Ewheels ships it. It’s really sad that people expect the price of these machines to remain at $1500 and $2000. Come on now.I have no issues with my v12 never cutout.

@@Blox117 price point being high usually is because the battery's, sure they can make them faster but you will need higher voltage which would drain the tank faster, and you would need to pay more for that, pretty much common sense.

@@Blox117 dude, the sherman cost is $3800 now, a whole $1000 more, that's a pretty damn big gap. And no I'm not wrong about the higher voltage, if you are able to go faster, it will deplete battery faster, it's common knowledge buddy.
