      Food destroys nutrition.

      Schools destroy education.
      Courts destroy justice.

After binging for years on chocolate, lemonade, candy, biscotti, cookies, sweetened and flavored yogurt, etc., I would follow it all up with wheat beer after a pasta dinner. I thought for months my guts were rotting out on me. I am active and athletic, but this stuff was killing me. Candida is an epidemic, I'm now sure this has been what's wrong with me. My sex drive has tanked during this period, only to be replaced by epic flatulence. My wife is a saint putting up with me to this point. Now the new year is here, and I am DETERMINED to get back to health by eliminating all this crap from my diet. Not because I should, but because I HAVE TO. This is a great video. Thank you so much!

Regarding MCT: if you have blood type A, using refined coconut oil brings on gall stones by day 30. You may have the coconut milk and cream without problem. If you developed gall stones try the Bragg removal. 2 gallons raw apple cider, mixed with 2 and a half cups raw apple cider vinager (Bragg works). Drink all of it on days 1 through 3. On day 4 have NO FAT, juice or find fat free things. Day 5, eat as much fat as you can, fries and ice cream and penutbutter etc. Pain ends by end of day 3. If severe pain after any fatty meal you can be at emergency surgery stage, where the stones blocked the ducts and the gall bladder started to rot, while it keeps pushing on the stones.

@@saramcdowell4735 Try other fermented foods like milk kefir, water kefir, coconut kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and miso paste. Also take a Soil Based Organism(SBO) Probiotic Supplement. A very important herb that you should take to kill off Candida is Pau d Arco. Buy it in bulk to save money. Consume it as tea. Starwest botanicals is a good brand. While drinking this tea expect to experience candida die off symptoms like increased gas, bloating, headaches, nausea, fever, and body aches etc. It will seem to get worse before it gets better. Also for your diet either go on a very low carb diet by ditching all grains, sugar and dairy that is not fermented or eat safe carbs like white rice, sweet potatoes and other provisions, carrots and other root vegetables and lots of leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli etc. Make sure and eat moderate protein and eat lots of healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, mct oil, olive oil, butter, ghee, tallow, olives, avocado oil, lard, nuts, nut butters and seeds and seed butters. Sprouted grains and seeds are even better. Coconut and coconut products are also a healthy source of fats like coconut flakes, coconut flour, coconut butter and coconut milk.
Coconut oil especially kills candida so consume about 1-4 tbsp daily😉
So if you are underweight like me and worried about losing weight choose the second option and don't go low carb. You will have to avoid all fruit though including dried fruit as they naturally contain sugar🙂
P.S White rice is much better for you than brown rice as brown rice has high levels of arsenic which is removed during processing. You can also choose quinoa as well as buckwheat, millet, and amaranth. These are carbs you should eat😉

@@blackops844No need for anti-fungal medication which just treats the symptoms and not the root cause. The best thing is Pau d Arco herb which is a powerful anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. It's a powerful antibiotic. It kills Candida in it's tracks. It's even more effective than oil of oregano which is another very powerful antibiotic which also has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties but don't work for everyone so Pau d Arco is way better. Ditch those 🗑💩 antifungal medications which don't help. Take natural herbs instead. When would we realize that doctors only want to keep us sick🤦🏻‍♀️ Antibiotics are the same thing. They only make things worse. AVOID!

If female frontal groin gets stinky from imbalance of bacteria a quick fix is organic honey as a scrub, entirely drop soap for that area. It works immediately. Also switching from soap to honey as face wash will usually drop acne 90% in a week. Using it as leg shave gell drops the bumps 80% at least, reduced ingrown hairs.

I'm quite certain, after watching a few videos about this condition, that i suffered with candida from age 13 to 23ish. I used to have pain in my midsection that would be mild at first, late in the afternoon, and would intensify at a consistent level for about 12 to 16 hours until i was in such tremendous pain that i would've eaten a bullet without hesitation. Doctors in the early 1980's were absolutely clueless. I guess i was the first human with this condition, perhaps. I was being treated for gall stones, but that didn't work. At some point it was called IBS, and then they called it gastritis. I eventually stopped having those life altering stomach pains by changing my diet.

The first time i was on the candida diet , i was a complete mess .
    sinus problems ( i couldn't breath )
    chest congested
    bloating
constipation - my stools were black .
I was very sensitive to all kinds of odor / smell .

Drinking coffee, sodas , pastry , and kinds of junk foods .
No, I wasn't just some lazy person just sitting on the coach. I was a very active person .
I went to see an Allergy Doctor 😷 . He knew what kind of problems i had before i even walk into the clinic.
He put me on a candida diet , probiotics ( fresh probiotic kept in a refrigerator ) , multivitamins , and Mucus -D

Great video to make us aware of the concerns of yeast overgrowth and micro biome health.
According to online sources, “in healthy amounts, Candida helps you maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms, as well as support your immune system, aid in digestion, and promote vitamin and mineral absorption from food.”
We all have it. It’s when it overgrows, that it becomes a problem.
Potatoes without cides.….”are a good source of vitamins, minerals and fiber. As a bonus, potatoes are low in calories, contain no fat or cholesterol, and are sodium-free. They're high in vitamin C and potassium and are a good source of vitamin B6. A medium potato, about 5.5 ounces, contains only 145 calories.”
Candida overgrowth is also reported to come from herbicides, pesticides and even personal care products.

I challenge anyone to go find anything, food or drinks that are even mildly processed and low on sugar. It is much harder than you think. And to make matters worse, if it does not actually have sugar, it has Aspartame, which is even worse. There is literally nothing you can drink! You might as well plan on drinking water. • @footstepsforTheLordMostHigh
      @footstepsforTheLordMostHigh 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

I cured my Candida. It kind of first starts with the stomach acid. I was low sodium chloride. This affected everything like how much stomach acid I had, how much my food broke down, and how much bile I produced... if the stomach does not break down food properly, it will also not break down bacteria and viruses. If this gets into the gut your good bacteria can out compete it. If not, then this triggers inflammation and the Canadia that is naturally there turns "evil" and thinks you are dying so it begins to digest you. Apparently Canadia is in everyone, but can turn bad if it thinks the body is dead or dying. I avoided, citric acid, a1 milk, fake sugars or man made sugars and corn. All of these are inflammatory to some degree.
Man made sugar can be too much sugar and can cause inflammation because it takes potassium to digest sugar, but apparently not everyone has enough potassium, so this sugar can stress the body and cause inflammation. Fruits are fine because they naturally come with the right amount of fiber and what it needs naturally to digest it. Citric acid most of the time is manufactured citric acid and this comes from black mold. Drinking the wrong milk can cause inflammation, not everyone can digest a1 protein.
I salted my food more, I had honey and maple syrup, I had wheat, rice and normal foods, I avoided yeasty foods, I had turmeric tea and now I am fine. If you had no grains or sugar your body probably went into ketosis. This causes the body to flush out minerals like sodium and potassium, and this will mess up the gut in the long run because the stomach acid would be messed up, unless you heavily salted your meat products and vegetables. And certain foods are very hard to digest so, not enough stomach acid to break it down gives Candida the opportunity to feast in the gut. This is not medical advice, this is only my experience.
She is right about corn, corn is really hard to digest. This is not breaking down in the stomach properly for some. Some ppl eat lots of salty food and have high enough potassium to make it happen but since the body constantly needs a supply of sodium and potassium it varies how this will be digested. Pretty much gut imbalance is a mineral deficiency and inflammation. It is extremely hard to get enough minerals because multi vitamins are a scam, so we have to get it from food, but the right food

      @Alyssa-Breanne ปีที่แล้ว +6

Traditional doctors don't bother or know much about Candida issues but Functional Medicine doctors and Naturopaths do. If you can't afford to see one, these tests are helpful...
-CDSA x3 with Parasitic test (Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis) OR a similar test, they will be able to see what is going on in your gut like Candida overgrowth, bacteria, parasites, etc. Good sources for this test are Doctor's Data Lab, Genova Diagnostics Lab in Chicago, and Vibrant Wellness Lab.
-EVVY Vaginal Test (for vagina owners/vaginal issues like Vaginal Yeast infections, BV, pH imbalances, etc.) Doctor's Data Lab has a good Vaginosis Lab you can have your doctor order.
-DUTCH Salivary Cortisol Test (Adrenal Fatigue and Cortisol levels can be a huge culprit)
-Comprehensive IgG/IgA/IgE Food Allergy AND Food Sensitivity testing to identify antibodies. Try to aim for blood testing and if you can't afford both, do the Food Sensitivity testing because high sensitivities will signal a possible allergy that is throwing your system off.
      -Heavy Metal Testing (Urine)
-Other test... Indican Urine Testing, and Organics Acid Testing.

It's a little irritating, though I know it come from a place of care, when I hear solutions like... grapefruit, which does not have adequate caloric density to be considered a healthy meal in general, but great if added to a salad. It's super doable, but you do have to get accustomed to cooking if you want this to be sustainable. I highly highly recommend the "Oh she glows" cookbook to learn how to adapt your meal strategy. Learning to make your own dressings and sauces is really nice (I just throw mustard, olive oil, and lime juice at the bottom of my salad bowl and mix nothing fancy). Beans are a great food to help you feel satisfied after a meal. Cashews mixed with veggiebroth and cajun spice in a blender added to soup will completely change your soup game. Really be careful about those yogurts, you will find most "healthy" yogurts have so much sugar. Fermintation though good for candida, may not be tolerated by everyone digestion wise it is not always easy to digest, oils have been a level of high debate, but I personally do not use oil outside of some olive oil in my salad dressing. I steer clear of coconut oil, it tastes so good and I get it, but it is high in saturated fat. It might not actually be bad, but because there are just so many debates about it, I stay away from it.

I noticed you mentioned grapefruit as being a good food to fight candida. I thought grapefruit has a good amount of sugar? My question is does the good out way the bad? I know grapefruit is a power house for out health but there is still sugar in this fruit.

Is it possible the overprescribing of antibiotics is eliminating the healthy bacteria in our guts that keeps yeast in check, thus creating an environment ripe for candida overgrowth in so many people?

This is great, but all that good stuff has contraindications (people on blood thinners), those like me with histamine intolerance (no ferments allowed), are 6ounaware studies show oregano oil is more effective in killing candida than fluconazole? The leading fungal drug? I apply externally a tiny amount ( very strong stuff)in coconut oil. It was going away the next day. It does need vigilance however. Doc, does the herb eaten in italian meals etc do anyrhing systemically?

Diary is not an issue, it is only an issue if you are lactose intolerant which will cause further gut inflammation. Some ppl like myself did not know I could not tolerate A1 protein milk. But Goat milk seems to help me.

Thank you from Poland ! In general: avoiding any foods and substance that are acidic is ALWAYS beneficial, because these are cancer promoting : alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, drugs, meat, processed and junk "foods", sugar ! If chocolate: choose organic. Brown bread, organic or vegan ice cream from small entreprises or home made etc.
