    Honestly if you have to do everything perfectly for the trigger to even function properly it’s a sign of poor design in my opinion… the stock trigger does NOT have this issue

    Rob Latham teaches; “I hate it when people say ‘Don’t jerk trigger.’ If you’re going to shoot fast of course you will have to slap, or jerk, the trigger. The trick is to hold your pistol with enough strength to keep the gun from moving when you do it.”

    I have a G47 with the JG trigger shoe, what he says about keeping the finger low on the trigger is true. However about how much finger is not exactly what everyone should do. I run the trigger almost up to the crease in the first joint. That's where I get a straight press without much if any disturbance of the sights.
    Next trigger jerk is mostly a statement used by shooters to describe something else that's happening. Muscle tension changing in the grip all the way up to and through through the shoulder will give you “trigger jerk”.

      @johnnyglocks  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Get the Gen 4 Combat or Competition trigger kit and Vex shoe but do not get the optional striker. Shadow systems has a different firing pin. The last bit is the housing you may want to use the original Shadow Systems housing it varies gun to gun. But most customers prefer transferring our connector into the original shadow systems housing.

    JG triggers have stiff trigger shoe safety tab springs. I've always had to remove the spring and cut out a few spring coils to ensure the rear of the tab tab will clear the trigger shoe opening in the frame. It's the only issue I've ever experienced with his triggers. Thankfully, it's easily adjustable as I described.

      @@jpdesimone If viewers would like to attempt what he's talking about I have a video called flat face fixes. Start it at minute Mark 13. Also the reason we do have a stout spring there is because safety is primary.

    This is the only con with this trigger. I wish the safety tab went farther up the shoe for positive disengagement. The way i see it, you might not always have perfect finger placement under stress either in a self defense scenario or competition. I filed my frame to make more room so there is more margin for error for the trigger safety tab to pass by the frame but still fully do its job when my finger isnt on the trigger. Just my 2¢, but what do i know.
