oh the memories this song was on the charts just as I was leaving school for good and making my own way in the world , if only we could go back to kinder times.
It hardly charted actually, but I totally agree - it's a great song & good memories for you as well! I was finishing up primary school (year 6) in December 1985 when this was released - however didn't discover it or the album until mid 1986.
Someone uploaded the entire Models Catalogue 10 years ago (in high quality) and bit by bit each video was picked off and deleted. Thank you for uploading this missing video albeit with poor quality audio.
The snare drum goes completely opposite to it's usual strike time at 2:38 and then until the end of the song . I assume it's an editing error . Other than that I like this track .
I’ve been scouring the webs for the full lyrics to this old fave and they seem to have been totally wiped. Does anybody have them and would like to share? Please? :))
Oh Lord of all creation Herald missiles hide and seek Bloodshed and satellite beams I pray my soul to keep King of Kings Deliver us Send us salvation Speed it to us Where are the fish? Where are the loaves of bread? Father, call it salvation When babies fall To the demon hunger I've more than I can eat And so has most of the western world
@@aus80srockradio94what comes after the line, send us salvation................???, where are the fish, where are the loaves of bread. Can you fill in the blank?
One of the best of a brilliant Sean Kelly catalogue.
Such a great Aussie rock band of the 80"s
Best Models song

Models were such an awesome band.
Wendy Matthews as background singer before making herself a name in the music industry😁👍
This is a great song. I remember these guys from the Eighties.

Pretense was the norm in 1980s Pop, all over the world. Only teen movies punctured the posturing - thank those Producers.

Yes it's odd that the lyrics no longer (or don't)? exist on the net. I would have them on my album at home. Did you end up finding them at all?

@@rafaeltemplar3264 yes please. still can't find them. :)
concieved and directed by a great Melbourne artist Hugh Marchant.
Where indeed ?
The days before Woke , when bands could sing about God and get in the charts
Semelhante ao visage banda inglesa.
Mine
Doble nueve
This song is great but the MLK thing at the end comes out of nowhere and doesn't fit. Also the album version without the back up vocals is better.
Where are the Aussie bands now? It's all turned to crap!!!
