- After years of improvement this community has returned to its prior condition. So sad to see a place improve only to go back to the problems of the past. Driving into town we saw someone dumping truck tires.

in montura ranches , prices were sky rocketing in the early two thousands . after the bust , prices totally fell .high gas prices is this area's biggest threat .
Thankful we did not end up here 😨 it really went to crap! Too many bad people moved in. The amount of fences that have gone up recently is insane.
And they say Florida has no dirty city I really hope to see that city get better sucks what’s going on there
Montura Ranch Estates is so worst now since it's way over populated with thieves that has the audacity to come in your back yard to steal your new ac unit since the police is hardly out here also animal control doesn't care about cruelty that I witnessed a dog in a cage 24/7 on pine cone and code enforcement doesn't do their job because people doesn't get culvert for their entrance , don't get permits for fence & to build stuff 😮
Sadly the theft situation there has been persistent for years now. Until two or three theives get out underground
You should do a follow up video of Montura. It has changed a lot. Prices gone up have remained strong. New stores have gone up and continue to do so…. A lot of development happening. I went and decided to buy a 1.25 acres lot as a weekend getaway.

bad, crime and theft and criminal groups. just cubans from miami and some local country folks. its definitely a rural hood..
Is there a police station in that community? If not, perhaps that's the reason for the wired 6 foot fence. My husband wanted to buy land in there 5 yrs ago and I saw the crime stats and I said no.
So the nearby airport being built has not helped?
Crime stats indicates that nothing has changed, unfortunately. It's a real shame, it's wrecked this area.
been living here for 3 years as a teen. its not that bad. for teens and children its garbage. clewiston highschool is wack. but when u get a job and a car living in montura becomes a homebase and find yourself hardly home due to the bad wifi etc. but, honestly i like living here could be better, but theres always worse (living anywhere in miami).
absolutely wrong. i go to miami every year to vacation, and enjoy great things.. no sure anyone goes to montura for anything other than buying a stolen dump truck engine
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS that’s my point papo, u go to miami to vacation. living there is a different story, anywhere in hialeah, homestead etc. their bad neighborhoods are 3x worse than montura. just depends how u carry yourself out here. learn to stay in your lane and nobody will mess with u. that’s the beauty of montura!!
Was this community ever more heavily populated? Lot of empty streets... looks like in Detroit or others where abandoned houses have been knocked down.

Listen just because the garbage got knocked over by the dogs and we are people that scarp for a living don’t mean nothing and sorry the women looked aggressive people come up in the yard and steal from us all the time we are full time scrappers and full time mechanics
My respect for being a hard worker. I used to he a scrapper in naples for many years it was a nightmare the cops would always search your load specially at night. Sorry montura has those problems i know theft there is huge. We almost bought a trailer there and glad it didn’t go thru because its hard to make a living so far from everything. But at night you can see all the stars! Sorry if my video seams rude sir, we gotta do what we gotta do to survive too. Glad i do youtube now because the scrap was endless problems from cops to transmission to trailers needed repairs we never got ahead. I wish i had some land and an atv but as a young guy i gotta go out to the world and get ahead still. Dont take it as disrespect you know we come from another background where hygiene is super important and we can agree that a hard working man deserves his respect.
