I like the way you explain these things using graphs the way you do. It really makes things clear. I notice these points too. So i have massive progressive it is very motivating. Than i push to much and an minor injury occurs, forcing me to take some rest. I guess i need to learn when i need to incorporate rest before being forced to slow down... I think a varied training plan is indeed best to keep moving forwards. Lately i did this in my running and the "newby" gains returned. Thanks for the videos.
Intelligent easily digestible info Jade. I’m. It an athlete in anyway but I can see where I’m at with my general training. I’ve got the plateau/burnout/regression what would you suggest rest/active rest and when to start & how to start again?

Would love to try this out but would get smoked as not gonna touch peds :( be great if the big events were strict and tested "athletes "
