Thanks for so much watching. Generally, start off with 30 minutes on an easy run and build 10 minutes each week up to 60 minutes. For long runs, Add 25-30%.
I’m 60 years old and I’m preparing for my first HYROX event this coming December. Do you have a training program for a beginner?
