My first gravel race

First ever gravel (and bike) race!!🥳🎉
Such a fun experience and such a great cause!

IV was struck by a van that was traveling 60 mph while he was on a training ride.
The suspect did not stop; leaving George stuck in a ditch for 40 minutes with many broken bones in his ribs, leg, neck, and back (in 6 places). His L1 and L3 vertebrae were crushed, requiring emergency spinal cord surgery. George spent 17 1/2 days in the hospital learning how to walk again. With the suspect still on the loose, George is forced to pay expensive medical bills without being able to work.
