When I first saw this quilt, I knew I had to make it in honor of my mother! Everything in it reminds me of her. I purchased the kit and but still need to cut all the fabric to get started! I too am "vintage" and still wear aprons. My grandkids love to wear my aprons when they help me bake/cook! (Yes, I have made some for them, but they love mine!) Oh........ and I met Cindy at a Fall Festival at Missouri Star Quilt Company a few years ago and she convinced me to purchase the Cute Cuts rulers! Love them. Thank you Lori for your tutorials! Looking forward to sewing this quilt!

I love watching your instructions, even though you don't like to be "in front of the camera." Which thousands of your fans learned directly from a Little Teal colored Birdie. Lol. I find the instructions and measurements a tad bit confusing. For the sewing block I am confused with the measurements for the rectangle pieces for the bottom of the sewing machine.

Yes, it is a vintage iron. Not sure what brand this one is. She has several different vintage irons she uses. They are easy to find on sites like ebay.

I purchased this kit and started cutting all the fabric and discovered there are no instructions for the pieces in each block except for this video. I am watching but still completely confused. I may not have received the printed instructions so hoping I can obtain them. This video just provides no measurements or piece numbers or fabric designation.
