Still love it and working well! Although I have several other planes, I’ve mostly only fly the F16. I was thinking of buying a 2nd Orion2 with a F15 or F18 grip, but never did. I received a Turtle Beach HOTAS that I’d use the throttle for other aircraft, but half the buttons wouldn’t work at launch. I would still recommend a second throttle if you fly other aircraft because swapping grips would be a pain…taking off the guard and reinstalling. …main reason why I wouldn’t use the F16 throttle for other aircraft is that it’s single engine…still doable, but you’ll map it to both engines instead of 2 separate.
@@SizzlingPopcorn awesome good to know! I’m stuck between the f16 grip and the Orion 2 for the exact reason you said… but I’m thinking the f16 grip since it seems to be the aircraft I’m most interested in flying and learning for right now
@@wurstcrewchief2798yeah, if you’re mostly going to fly the F16, I’d get that throttle grip. Later on, if you move to other aircraft, you can get a 2nd orion2 or a different throttle.
Hi Musa! Between the stick and the throttle, I received 4 Allen keys - 2 that were the same size, which are the medium-sized ones. That's what I used. Looking at the stick from the button-side, it's the first 2 screws that you take out. I originally took out the last two in the video but later state it's the first two. The last one was very hard to get out and got it eventually, but I ended up having to screw it back in.
Assembly instructions are quite basic like Ikea furniture. Easy to assemble except for the adjustments made to the WinWing F-16EX throttle backplate.
It was hell getting that little connector attached to the grip
Yep, it sure was! 😎
Hey man! Thinking of ordering this myself. How’s it held up and would you recommend it?

so this thing includes the functionality of a Thrustmaster and a buttkicker...all in one affordable package? Dang, bruh.
For the price of a TM Viper TQS! (Well at 40% off)
