Nage-Ura-No-Kata

The Nage ura no kata (“forms of reversing throwing techniques") is a judo kata that, focuses on counter-attacks to throwing techniques. It was developed by Kyuzo Mifune and is not an officially recognized kata of the Kodokan. This is also referred to as the Nage-Waza Ura No Kata.
Sensei Steven was assigned the Nage-Ura-No-Kata by the Gentle Ways yudanshakai as part of his Nidan Evaluation.
