Soak the pumpkins seeds in salt water overnight. Dry off and mix with oil and just a little cayenne pepper/sea salt and roast in oven on 400 until lightly brown. Really good and healthy.

love the vid but i HATE that we as americans waste millions of pumpkins just to put a candle inside of it. then we throw the insides out and buy canned pumpkin filling for food!? PLEASE stop this wasteful tradition & buy reusable plastic/porcelain ones that hold a battery light/tea candle. same for xmas trees, just buy a fake one that can be used every year instead of cutting down new trees. it takes 15-20 yrs for trees to really get established so let them grow so we can have cooler cities, filtered ground water and nutrient rich soil! PLEASE!
