These videos always crack me up. One person making one item with love super slowly. Here’s how it’s going in my kitchen right now. Christmas party in a few days. Trying to make about 200 different cupcakes and other desserts. Flour flying everywhere, pots, and pans everywhere, controlled chaos. Oh, to just be making one thing with all the time in the world. A guy can dream.
You can always fast forward as I do. I know how to boil and peel eggs I just go to the ingredients and the last bit for oven temperature and time in oven. The recipe looks absolutely delicious. I will be making that for friends and family. Thank you for sharing

Me either…I think people are unaware that some channels try to make their videos artistic and relaxing to watch-if they don’t like it they could just quietly move on to the next video. Nice appetizer though I might do a few thing differently simply because I never follow such recipes exactly. Might try basil instead of dill. and balsamic vinegar instead of Ketchup but isn‘t that what cooking is? experiment to taste.

Bevor the egg wash. Just form something nice out of it, stick it on, do the egg wash, bake and enjoy. There is no reason to cut of something of the pastry besides using it as decoration. I would form two slimmer rolls out of the dough, not one thick, because I don‘t like so much sticky dough inside. That special dough is not ment to be rolled up like this.
I agree with everyone the complaining is ridiculous…. if you are that much put out why do you even turn the video on to watch? I get a better idea. Don’t watch the video go right to the recipe. Read it in five minutes and then when something doesn’t come out right it’s all on you. Good gravy, Marie. !!!!!!…. Just another example of the fact that most youtube recipe videos are designed for entertainment, and not for actually making yourself.
I thought the same thing - the middle was raw. Doesn't even look like puff pastry.
