Indeed, cryengine isn't kind for gpus at least maxed out, as for black myth...I'm skipping that benchmark, not a fan of those in any games because in my opinion those aren't representative enough of real gameplay.
Hello i have the same gpu paired with a ryzen 5 5600. I have power fluctuations on the gpu only when playing this game. It drops from 120 watts to 80 sometimes resulting in fps drops. Its also never steady at 120 (maximum). Do you have any recommendations ? I have no power limitations set from windows or adrenaline. I have also set the vram usage at 80 instead of 90 and it seems to help.
Your RX 6600 uses 120 watts ? mine never goes above 100W and I have never seen that gpu using more than that. It seems like somethings off here, I'm not aware of manual power limitation, maybe you have some shady RX model ? It's hard to say.
You can adjust the power your rx 6600 draws through adrenaline settings if you roll the power sidebar to the max (20). If you use this gpu at default it will only draw 100 watts.@@Corei3gaming432
More like Hunt 'Slowdown' on Ultra Settings 🤣
Have you tried the Black Myth Wukong Benchmark Tool ?
