Very effective, first day....thank you!! I notice my inner thighs are a little saggy since I'm 65, so hope to get them back into shape. Even though I walk and hike, and exercise everyday, as we get older, we have to work harder to have muscle tone, and strong bodies.

I find these exercise stimulating. They push my body to regenerate my muscles which in turn means I lose weight but gain strength . My body tells me when to stop but now I’m able to do a repeat session so I’m must be getting stronger and fitter. Thank you so much. KathyG
What I love most about your workouts is that they are extremely targeted and I can fit them into my day! It brings joy to the workout. If I feel like I need to focus on thighs I focus on thighs...or shoulders, or muffin top, etc. It allows me to change it up based on what I'm feeling is for my highest good that day. With that level of targeted variety I'm able to be the master of my workout! Thanks Meredith!!

loved them all but really enjoyed the sumo and reach up and the sumo on the toes. didn't feel much with the side leg lifts. again though overall a great workout!! will definitely be doing this a couple of time a month!!

I've gone through the 10 Day program 3 times now, and this third round I've added in your additional FREE workouts. At 56 I am feeling leaner and more toned. I would love more on line (IG) interaction though, for motivation and encouragement.
