This truly works!! I have merely done 3 days in a row & I can see my arms firming & defining their shape which I lost due to menopause weight gain. Not only that it’s really quite authentic when you hear the instructor also struggling whilst doing the exercise gives you more motivation that you’re not the only one that’s going to struggle to do the exercise. I’ve use many exercises with many on TH-cam short long mediocre and I’m really really impressed with the results that I’m getting thank you.

Hi Meredith, this was easy! I did this video 2 times, the second time i did it with 1 kg weight on my arms and still it was easy for me. My arms are very strong from my work as a farrier . I love your video's, i train 2 times a week with you to train ather muscles than i use for my work as a farrier and my body feels match better now . Me 56 years young working 35 years as a farrier. Most welcome 🙏 Please can you direct me to reduce my hips but standing workouts as I have a back injury which flares up when I put too much pressure on. I have always been super fit with a toned body but due to the lockdown and menopause I have put extra weight on which I’m finding hard to shift, I just wanna get back into my trendy outfits again My work is remote which doesn’t help as I work really long hours at the computer I really hope you can help as the arm workout has already shown super fantastic results. Great question! This workout is designed to help reduce flabby arms for everyone at all ages! Regarding frequency, you can do this workout 2-3 times a week with rest days in between. You got this! 💪❤️

Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! ❤️
