YES. It's a must do. I saw a video that showed it. There's a 10mm bleed screw on the back left side of the head. After changing the oil, loosen the screw, run the engine till some oil dribbles out, tighten the bolt.
Do you realise these people are all thanking you for leaving out the most important part, bleeding the system and possibly causing unnecessary wear or damage.

Don't you have to also bleed the system at the bleed bolt on the left near the top of the barrel? Is this the most important bit left out?

yes, the manual says to do this. I haven't seen a single video cover it.
