Excellent review, as always. This is a phenomenal gun and I have both of those versions and they are both shooters and very well build guns. I would highly recommend both of them
I have a 210 American and was curious about the 8 round magazine capacity. I took the magazine apart and noticed the follower was extremely long and hollowed out for the spring insertion. I removed approximately 1/2 length from the plastic follower and reassembled the magazine. Not surprisingly, the magazine now holds 9 rounds. I've fired 200 rounds through the magazine with no malfunctions. I'm guessing Sig just wanted to keep the American at 8 round mag capacity so it matched the original Swiss and German guns.
1st time watching your channel. Great review, very professional and honest. Just bought one last year and the only problem is that it makes me want to own one of the original Swiss Army P210’s. Probably the most accurate and precise pistol ever produced for a military contract. The originals will put to shame many custom pistols built today. Before they left the factory they had to shoot 2 inch groups at 59 meters. That’s impressive. I believe the US made ones have to shoot under 2 inches at 25 yards or it doesn’t leave the factory.
I was lucky enough to snag a P210A when they first came out. I probably have close to 2000 rounds through it and have had ZERO problems. I little while ago I added a Vortex Venom to help with my old eyes and can tell you that this thing is the proverbial tack driver. When at the range I nearly always get comments about the accuracy that I can achieve. I have many hand guns and this one is by far the one that I shoot best.

I am a lefty and love this gun...us lefties have learned to adapt to the right handed “wrong sided brain” world. I bought one last year, love-love this gun and love the walnut grips.
I had a P210 target till I got my hands on the CZ Shadow 2. I have nothing against the P210 it's a good shooter. But the Shadow 2 is a little better with 17 round mags.
I’m thinking about buying one of these. I wish it would hold more than 8 rounds, and I wish it were not so expensive. I’m torn between this and The Beretta M9. I don’t know which one I will love more.
Hi, is it posible to put standard type grips on a Target version? I don't like this huge ugly grip. 2. Are the magazines of Target and Standard version compatible?
It definitely does tilt, as it wouldn't clear the breach otherwise. Not straight up 1911 but it does tilt. This animation of the action illustrates it better than I can describe it... th-cam.com/video/-qYFdfib-gc/w-d-xo.html
I'm from Switzerland and an enthusiastic SIG P210 collector (the genuine SIG of course from Neuhausen am Rheinfall). Let say one thing about your presented pistol here, it is not SIG P210, it is a wannabe SIG P210! It is garbage made in USA who abuse the name SIG to suggest the old clockwork quality and craftsmanship from the Switzerland. This is what all the endless greedy managers, investors and shareholders do today with famous brands and glorious names, this is names pillaging!
Why are the Swiss manufacturers out of business? Your overpriced guns fell by the wayside. You let the Germany takeover. Now the US stepped in and made better version. Get over yourself.

Recently shot a friend's target model P210-A and was reminded why Sigs are Sigs and we are lucky to have them! Nice nice review!

There's a groove on the back of the slide that indicates how far to pull the slide back, to align the pin insertion on assembly. Little witness mark.
Just picked up the standard version of this fine gun yesterday, and am stoked to fire it.

I also added the Vortex Venom to my Sig P 210 Target. If it misses, it wasn’t the guns fault. It’s a tack driver for sure.

As usual, great review.
Always wanted one of those
Excellent review. I may have to sell off some dust collectors and find one of these.

Thanks for the review, I really appreciated it.
Great informative video
A little hatd to see with your black shirt used as background
You mentioned this is decidedly not for lefties. Are there high quality pistols you recommend that are for left handers?

What did you chose eventually?

P210 Target. Way too smooth and comfortable to pass up.
Can you guys get the Sig P210 carry still?
GREAT VIDEO I LOVE MY USA 210
I like this handgun. But It just so happens that it don't fit me. The switch is only on one side. If they make one with the switch on both sides
Walther PDP review next?
We did a review on the PDP a few months back!

Yes.
How can a review be that long and not show the trigger pull/reset?

It's a beauty.
is it a tilting barrel
No

Keep lookin down the barrel.
Ambidextrous, not ambidextrious.

Review a real Sig P210
This review is for unreal p210 only but feel free to make one for re "real" one yourself 😉
Sig customer service sucks. Don’t bother sending your gun in. Those guys are useless
Your cutaway should be on the gun, not you.
Ugly gun, good review.
