      पर एक बात मस्त लगी की जिराफ कभी हाथी नहीं बन सकता और हाथी कभी जिराफ।
      हम लोग जैसे है वैसे ही खुद से बेइंतहा मोहब्बत करनी चाहिए। क्योंकि क्या कभी किसी ने कहा की तू काला बहुत है थोड़ा गोरा हो जा। नहीं क्योंकि यह असम्भव बात है।

      Hi Shalu, lot of things mentioned in this diet are low budget. Grains, pulses, vegetables are pretty common examples. As far as breakfast goes, bananas are cheap and you can substitute nuts with peanuts. Those are very cheap. Make sure to soak them overnight though 🙂

    Thanks Sattvik movement team for putting this diet plan after some requests.. Just like the healing and weight loss stories shared in other videos, it would be interesting to see couple of weight gain stories based of this diet as well. It's a great validation and brings more credibility and people would be likely to follow. I'm going to follow this diet plan. If it works, I'll share my experience 🙂

    Before starting this diet plan I went on juice fasting for 6days after that i followed only fruit fasting for 2 days then i started following this active plan.....it took 3-4 months
