    In my honest opinion, the weight gain journey is frustrating with the limited amount of food options we have.     It is really true !
    Myself a 20 yrs old boy, at the weight of only 45 kg and height of 5'6".
    But, I started the following plan,
    I eat about 9-10 bananas daily, with curd or milk, 3 bananas at once
    And, at morning, I take soaked raisins, almonds and cashew
    After 2 months, I am 50.3 kg now and my target is 54 kg which is minimal suitable weight for my height.
    Eat repeatedly, take high calorie foods, avoid junk food, take non veg at least twice a week, and stop masturbating
    Weight gaining will be easier

      @@smr-fh8up yes bro ! According to Hindu Health Scriptures like Aayurveda and other states that Masturbation is very much harmful to physical and mental health ! A Fat person cannot be lean by masturbation, but a lean person cannot gain weight due to masturbation ! Sperm is most powerful element (energy) which is 6times powerful than blood. After 35 days, sperm is formed inside body contributing much more calories and energies !
      So, masturbation disturbs your weight gain !
      Stop masturbation for at least 15-20 days

    I'm new subscriber!! I have anxiety especially I get anxiety at mrng which makes me loss of appetite or vomiting 😐 I'm super skinny and no one can really understand how it's feel!! I'm trying to put on some weight and trust me it's the hardest thing for me (I even can have a day without eating anything, instead of eating when I have anxiety).... If anyone goes through same as me. All I can say HOPE AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF u gonna make it ✨

      Why you dont eat anything for an entire day....it can only increase your problem....you should try to eat breakfast in 2 hrs of waking up.. whether u hv apetite or not

    Whole milk may help to gain weight.. but sadly for acne prone skin it causes massive breakouts 🙁

    Me who is lactose intolerant ...have a bad stomach and digestive system..and is only 40 kg at 19 yrs old😢

    Yes, I don't have an appetite most of the time. But when I work hard physically, I feel hungry. However, I eat a very minimal amount of food only.

    I struggled a loot to gain weight, eat alot, around 2000 calories per day but i couldnt achieve my goal, then i started workout, and the result is awsome, i gained 3 kg in 20 days

      @@jangamgreeshma9398 warm up, squat, two any upper body(for chest and shoulder) workout,any two abs workout inorder to get flat belly , wall push up etc , u can refer workout in fitnfierce neethus youtube channel, which i followed for diet and workout, i do only half hour workouta day , 4 days per week,
