Decreased power output associated with static stretching comes from the fiber damages that muscles go through when being stretched in that manner. (McDaniel et al. 2008).
it's great but you should do longer intervalls
if you lower the speed of the video, the intervals get longer

Unfortunatly I dont know enough about climbing to put together something for the sport with confidence.
