You don't have a homeless problem but a DRUG problem which leads to homeless.
This guy can't even keep the areas that were "cleaned" clean. How TF is he going to "manage"" folks that are clearly unmanageable?

Why doesn't each County have an allocated area for homeless people to build encampments so it's not all over the place?
It’s as simple as this I think. You give them two options either get your life together and try to be a better person or you’re going to jail. I know it’s not a crime to be homeless but if you don’t give a fuck about your life then why the fuck should anybody else? Stop wasting our money on people who don’t want to be saved.
Jail unfortunately is 200$USD or almost 6000$USD per month.

Every city needs good low income senior housing with meals on wheels and transportation to medical appointments because they’re about to be a new homeless wave. For substance abuse long term homeless enforcement of drug laws and cheap but safe temporary housing. And in non residential neighborhoods if at all possible since families don’t need the crime violence and overdose exposure.
they are homelss by choice... the choice to do drugs rather go to work and make an honest living.. they city/state NEEDS TO STOP funding them giving them free food etc

send them to s.f., a lot more resources and free stuff up there compared to san jo. if a site isn't near a liquor store and places to panhandle from gullible folks it just isn't going to work out.

Buy and fix up an old hotel or motel for them to live in. It would save you money in the long run.

these homeless people are fellow Americans how about we start treating them like Americans. these are hard times we are living in a lot of people can not afford rent I am seeing more and more people living in their cars now days as well. 3,000 4,000 a month rent is crazy madness I live in the Bay Area everyday I see more tents and more homeless. it is getting out of control for sure are government needs to start building low income housing and forget about the billions and billions we are sending to other countries and take care of are own people.

Homeless people suck same with the city can’t they just make it law where they have to go to a shelter and if they can’t get back on there feet because idk drugs or lazy whatever they are sent to prison and then sent off to a labor camp

Once again. Several of the old women i helped. 1 at shopping center bus stop are too old to work. Comprende ? They did not have signs asking for help either. The muslim hell includes tight asses who were stingy

Here's an idea. Give them an actual place to live. If you want to sweep them under the rug with a crappy shelter, they'll be back in a few days.

By the way, I've been homeless for 6 years. You couldn't pay me to live with anyone else, because I don't trust them. I also can't relax with other people invading my space. I need a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer.
