Reminds me of a strip club news story in NY years ago. Apparently, naked women dancing on poles was legal unless there was "inappropriate touching". So there were a whole bunch of undercover male police officers who went to the strip club, night after night, sitting around waiting to be "touched inappropriately" by one of the strippers so they could arrest her. Sounded like a pretty fun job. Tax payer dollars at work!

Police "dispatchers" are trained to direct non emergency calls to where they should be. In this case, it is most likely the City's zoning Department. It is obviously a "zoning" infraction (and nuisance), so whatever city agency handles that the dispatcher would know. A professional dispatcher would not just take the info and then not do anything. Many people do not know or understand what an emergency 911 call is and when to use it. Many Cities now use a non-emergency 311 system to intake non-emergency City calls and refer them to the proper agency (yes, the dispatcher would also know this).
Their straya council needs to fine the home owner.

Yeah I wasn't even initially put off by the strippers, moreso the fact that you'd have to put up with sound-systems blasting (likely bass heavy) music all throughout the night. I work in criminal defense. Our firm once represented a prostitute in San Jose who allegedly beat up one of her johns in his apartment and fled. The john called 911 and met the responding SJPD officers outside his apartment. Our client was charged after this. But we were able to secure a dismissal because none of the responding officers went inside the apartment where the alleged assault took place.
Checking out the crime scene is Investigation 101. They've learned that in every department except San Jose, where -- as this report also notes -- cops just don't go to crime scenes.

All the strip club had to do is not play loud music. It's so stupid to upset the people around you. They could have parties every weekend, put some flashy headphones on, disperse nice small speakers around the room so it's not loud but blasting music every weekend in the ears of the neighbors is just stupid. Also, people can have parties and get naked for each other in the privacy of their own homes and throw money at each other. There is a fine line here between partying and business and I think it'd be difficult to pin the idea that they're operation a business on them.
They can also spend about 2-3 grand in sound proofing the place, installing acoustic foam panels to isolate the bass so the neighbors don't hear that annoying bass rattle that travels through the building. That shit works. I converted my living room in a townhouse I used to live in into a small recording studio/party room and never had to issues with the neighbors when I put some money into acoustic foam panels I installed on the walls and foam platforms under the subwoofers to isolate the lower frequencies.

Police was called, they'd come and ask the DJ to lower the volume- which was back up immediately after the cops were gone. Media was called, but they could not care less. It wasn't until fridge-made hail started raining onto the patrons on the street that the parties slowed down, then stopped.

The attorney needs to look into the title and deed. The party guy likely does not own the property. The mom story is likely as much a lie as the rest.

Eviction processes need a serious revamp in most states. Maybe this will move that along.
@@NikkiNole Oh that’s nothing. You should search for stories on “grow houses”. Even if a Landlord has a reason to be suspicious, the law often stops you from inspecting your own property. I had a rowdy tenant, and several neighbors were calling me to complain. I asked them to please send me an email or letter and I would use it as a basis for eviction.
No one would do it. Even the other tenant who complained a dozen times. She was a realtor, and knew I needed something to help get the eviction, but wouldn’t ever do it.

Sounds like law enforcement in this area is corrupt judging by how slowly they are addressing the issue. They likely cut a deal with the owner that involves running the illegal strip club and make as much money as they possibly can before they get shut down.
Not curupt they are understaffed, and now have many restraints. Because of BLMs scam on the country and turning criminals into victims and making police the bad guy police departments across the country are dangerously understaffed. You can thank BLM and their democrat backers for this
why help? The complainants will march and clap if the cops get life in prison.... Why take that risk to support those who hate you. They arent slaves to every crying ignorant.
