My aunt just told me that she was doing “Water Walking”, and so I googled it…I live in a city, and don’t have a pool…BUT…the house we bought DOES have a step-in tub!!! ❤ I’m thrilled to have found this video! And just BTW for everyone reading this comment, I’m 47, so you don’t have to be a “Senior” to do these exercises. Thank you so much to the poster of this video!!! I have a Safe Step Tub. She does a great video she shows so many exercise’s and explains how and why. I take this video in the bathroom and I exercise with her.
