Andrew, one of my favorite things about your box wedge is that on the very last split of a log, which is often just a fraction of an inch above the horizontal wedge, you can raise the box up just enough to keep from having a wasted slither of wood at the top. Best splitter design ever.
Dang! That splitter is longer than a Monday!! 😂 what a beast of a machine… more videos of the 24D!! That’s my dream machine! Thanks for putting these out
Now that a woodsplitter for anyone with an outdoor boiler! Hey Andrew We have one! Love the sound of that engine! Ready to work! Take Care my friend 🤙🚜🪵🇺🇸
Lodges/hotels with large fireplaces would love to have logs this size as well. Looks really cool. used to winter camp at a church lodge that burned 36" x 8" rounds.
G'day Andrew, I watched a video of a you tuber receiving one of your splitters and apart from all the excellent design features and over engineering on the the unit it had a plate on it that said made in Canada 👍.
That pretty much sums up what I have on my shopping list. Difference being only one lift and add a tall 4way to the 5 box wedge. Awesome machine, Andrew
If you set the stroke limiter for 20 inch wood wouldnt you need to be able to adjust the pull back arm as well for the box wedge set up to get the wood all the way back to fall in the gap for the next split?
Looks like the longer the log, the more force it takes to split it. I wonder the difference is in fuel used if you split the same amount of wood in 12" or 24" lengths.
Another wood splitter for wolf ridge to copy for u tube . Wood spitter for over sea big into long length firewood Andrew 😊. Motor sound good under load buddy . Nice end table for other wood spitter Andrew!
Andrew, can you adjust the kick down pressure on the pump to be a little higher? It definitely sounds like there is ample horsepower there with the diesel engine to be able to handle it.
That right there will make nice wood for a maple syrup producer just saying!!! Nice and long for even burn on pan and split down to control the fire,!! Beauty of a machine
That is awesome machine. I like the idea of longer pieces of wood. I have a wood stove that takes 4ft pieces..how much is the machine? Dallas from Michigan
Ever tryed to put two 16 inch pieces back to back and push them thru? Only issue I could see is the push back arm may not return them even to run thru again. They may twist or turn there orientation. Would be good to see if it would work. The only safety issue I see is one round may pop up and out under pressure. Peace
How bad is tongue weight, Andrew. looks like most of the weight is on towing end & have you thought about putting a torsion axle or springs/shocks for better towing speeds. My brother has 2 big oaks he wants split, but have to load splitter on trailer for 60 mile trip down interstate
Andrew, I realize the tongue weight is very heavy with 2 log lifts. With the addition of an attached conveyor on the 36” stroke, 37 D, does that make it manageable? If so, how towable is it? Torsion axle, fenders, etc? I’ve got the 37D, 36” stroke on order and wanted the duel log lifts but was struggling with the heavy weight because of transporting. Just wondering if the attached conveyor would make the difference.
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters I believe it I just bought a new Hustler Hyperdrive mower for my lawn care business that has the 40HP EFI with electronic thottle. It's a beast!
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters I’m sure lawn mower manufacturers are taking all the allocation. My splitter arrives tomorrow. I won’t sleep tonight. So excited! Thanks for building the best splitter in the industry! Your driver Drew is a hoot. Talked to him for a half hour! He talks very highly of you and your company.
integrated conveyor? A 24 or 36" stroke box wedge machine with adjustable back stops (for 10" to max stroke in say 4" increments) with an integrated conveyor would be the ultimate mobile splitter.
Eastonmade #1 Henry is who I dealt with when I purchased my 12-22. Outstanding dude. Was curious if you have any hoodies I can purchase? If so I can come down get one or two cheers👌🏻🔥🇨🇦
Lol it does look like that....it was probably running for 2 hours before i finally made it outside to make the video. Appreciate you taking the time to watch the video
Knarly maple was puttin the 37D to the test. Looks good guys.
Thanks steve. Great to hear from you
It's awesome to see entrepreneurs giddy over the fruits of their labor.
Great to hear from you kevin
That is a crazy awesome machine Andrew. Howard is going to be one happy fella. WOW! It's long. LOL! And a big hello to Henry!
Thanks gord. Appreciate the support

Nice to see Henri earn his wings. If you were just doing boiler wood, that would be an awesome set up. Thanks for sharinf!
It was a lot of fun to run

Great Product. I like the longer stroke, gives the end user options on the final product. Take care & enjoy your day Around the Yard! - Brent

That’s a slick machine. Love the adjustment for the ram! Very versatile that way👍🏻👍🏻 Andrew
Thanks todd. Always great to hear from you

Another amazing Eastonmade product! Very nice Andrew. Dave
Thank you!!!
That is one hell of a machine! I guess my question is why couldn't the 22-28 cycle that fast? Thanks for all you do in the industry.
This has a piston pump where the 22-28 has a gear pump

Would be great for the sugar bush. For years we would split with a maul and wedges for my Papa's evaporator. Love your stuff!
I really like the spliter it's fantastic and u make a great spliters
Thanks robert. Appreciate the support
A 36" pull back arm on that box wedge? That is certainly unique. That one round certainly gave the 37D a workout.
It was a lot of fun putting that stuff through it for sure
Some tough old wood there Andrew no problem to the machine though , another quality machine from Eastonmade 👍🏻👊
Thanks dave!!!

You're absolutely right.
Outdoor wood boiler beast!
Thanks ray
Limo or limousine is a great name to tag these custom 36” or longer strokes
U should make more videos of machines like this!
Looks like the longer the log, the more force it takes to split it. I wonder the difference is in fuel used if you split the same amount of wood in 12" or 24" lengths.
That's quite a log @6:42 !

NO PROBLEM like the life in Jamaica! Ass in the sand and toes in the water .
Awesome for all the maple syrup producers
For sure. Really cool machine to run. I think i laughed the whole time
Andrew, can you adjust the kick down pressure on the pump to be a little higher? It definitely sounds like there is ample horsepower there with the diesel engine to be able to handle it.
Yep it can be adjusted.
Wow. Makes great boiler wood.
Sure does
What is the overall length? Also, how would you adjust the pull back arm on the box wedge when splitting shorter pieces? Thanks Andrew!
36" is overall. would need a different pull back arm for shorter pieces
That right there will make nice wood for a maple syrup producer just saying!!! Nice and long for even burn on pan and split down to control the fire,!! Beauty of a machine

That is an amazing machine, Andrew! You all build incredible equipment! Do you design the various machines? Steve
I used to do all the desing when i first started. Now i have a great group of people.

Wicked splitter that’s for sure !
Thanks don
That's awesome Andrew!!!! When you going to produce fence post splitters????!!!! Lol. Until next time have a great day
Lol...ive had lots of guys ask
That's a sweet piece of kit. Is it possible to run 2 shorter pieces through? I cut my rings about 300mm-400mm long
Yep that can be done. A lot of the european guys are doing that with out 24" stroke models
Ever tryed to put two 16 inch pieces back to back and push them thru? Only issue I could see is the push back arm may not return them even to run thru again. They may twist or turn there orientation. Would be good to see if it would work. The only safety issue I see is one round may pop up and out under pressure. Peace
I think the european guys have been running them like that
Wow awesome!👍👍
Thanks
Dream machine!!!
Hi Andrew beautiful splitters you make- will Eastonmade ever get a distributor in the uk ?
Yep. Get in touch with ian gregore from www.logsandsaws.co.uk
That thing is a beast,,, could you split rails for a split rail fence???
Dont think it would be quite long enough. I have had alot guys ask for a splitter like that
Lanark County girls and two stroke…. Can’t have one without the other!
The two stroke really does it for her braaaaap!!!!!
That a nice splitter
Thanks uncle cecil

It does have a pile of tongue weight
Lol Andrew you better be careful tonight or #4 may be on the way.
Hahahaha
Nice machine what was the pressure when you were running the large logs at 7:47??
Never did look goerge. Likley around 1800

It is considerably better with the conveyor on the back of it.
That would make an excellent base for a mini processor.
We're on it!!!
Would you ever consider doing a pto version for us that already have the Kubota diesel?
Probably not. There is a pretty high cost to a good pto pump
Have you tried the new Vanguard big block EFI V-twins on any of your bigger splitters?
We have one here but they are hard to get your hands on

That would be a cool setup
This ones making me jealous. I'd like to do 30" wood for my boiler but my splitter holds me to 24"
What is the longest wood the 60C can be set for? Or is that not really adjustable?
Around 20". The opening is 25" but theres gotta be a bit of wingle room there
Nice! When I win the lottery...
That appears to be a lot harder than splitting the 16” logs. It got put to the test but took it like champ.
It is in that burly stuff for sure. Appreciate the support
Why can’t the pull back arm be turned over to allow the other log lift to work with it?
It can for sure
king size pizza wood, big slice please 🍕
What does this one, all loaded up list for?
Was the Kubota already warmed up or do you just fire it up and go full throttle?
It was running for a bit before hand
Eastonmade 💪🏽 👍🏽
Appreciate the support. Hopefully catch up next week
When I win the lottery! LOL Well Dun!
Eastonmade #1 Henry is who I dealt with when I purchased my 12-22. Outstanding dude. Was curious if you have any hoodies I can purchase? If so I can come down get one or two cheers👌🏻🔥🇨🇦
We should have some brad. If you're ever in perth stop by the shop
Or flip the log return if you are left handed.
Looks like someone is making some firewood for boiling sap.
Would work great for that
Gotta be careful how often you get that Woodward cologne on you otherwise ya might end up with more kids lol!
I am afraid for that lol
Give that poor Kubota 60 sec of idle time before you give it the beans!
Lol it does look like that....it was probably running for 2 hours before i finally made it outside to make the video. Appreciate you taking the time to watch the video
You guys actually get paid for playing with those machines??
Awesome machine !
