Hard to find someone that isn't "selling" his own product as much as he is selling the industry of wood splitters. Andrew even said whether you buy from him or someone else you are getting quality. That says alot more about Andrew and his integrity than what it sounds like and it was so quick.
That's a lot of split wood in a hurry with very little effort! Definitely the way to go for high production without going to a processor. Awesome machine Andrew! Dave
Looks like it takes longer to feed that beast than to split it! Which makes a good point,..two or three helping feed it, there will be less time on the actual components with less wear, less hours! Good stuff!
Now that’s a awesome machine 👍 A lot more then I need but very nice 👍👍👍 I have a message in with your company on some things waiting to hear back and once again Andrew awesome video keep up the good work
Found you and Easton made equipment thru Chris at in the woodyard. like the way your equipment looks and works. I will not need an mb22, but I am looking at an ultra, at the small end of your product line. thanks for posting more about your products.
That’s a great machine Andrew ,that would be the one I would take. I have a lot of big wood that I split, 3-4 hundred lbs per round . Small rounds one can pick up, usually two people, everything else it’s pallet forks or backhoe. But my 35 ton splitter says more . Great videos keep on splitting
That would take an insane built machine to handle that kind of stress and force. The cost would be almost unjustifiable to save approximately a 1/3 of the time.
Hey mate love the videos Would love to get one of these 37D out to Western Australia to cut jarrah firewood what would be the pricing be to get one sent over to Australia
That splitter wedge looks awesome, question can you tell us about the attached conveyor for the 22-28"s and how they are coming along? that would be fantastic, anyways have a fantastic weekend:)
They redesigned the conveyor about a month ago and should be running the first one today. Kenny had it all together yesterday, they just had to modify one of the wings on the conveyor
Looks a great machine! How easy is it to clean out the last log from the machine? Since the blades on the wedge are staggered, the blades furthest from the ram only partially split the log. Don't think I've seen a video showing this last "tidy-up" after splitting.
Does the 12 way make less waste than the box wedge on my 22-28? I know it depends on type/quality of wood, but I'm making 1 cord of waste per 4 cords of stacked wood. Gonna mount up the 6 way next time and see how it turns out. Going to use the ss attachment to bust up the big chunks first.
On this machine, seeing it is your biggest baddest model, wouldn’t it make sense to add an extra function valve, with quick connects for the conveyor? Better than running 2 motors right? Just an idea Andrew
Yep thats a great idea. The only issue is is robbing flow from a single pump. We do have a through drive tandem pump for doing this if someone wanted to
I placed my order for a 22-28 in June of 2021 with an expected delivery date of 12/2022. I was just notified that my machine is being built this week! So essentially getting my machine six months earlier then expected! Go Andrew and the lads at Eastonmade!
I am not really sold on the 12-way wedge. Seems that the outer splits are not splitting completely and size is not as well controlled as it would be with the box wedge. One of the best features of the eastonmade is the ability to change out wedges and the ease of doing so. I don’t know if there is any other machine that allows a box wedge to be changed out let alone be changed in height.
I have the 12 way but on the gas version 22-28. A 16 way designed the same way fixes the outer portion issue but available only on the processors. Anyway, I found the workaround is you lower the wedge than usual instead of dead center on a big round. The result is only re-splitting the outer 4 up top. The middle 4 and lower outer 4 are good size because the middle is static size and you lowered the wedge to get the bottoms to the nice smaller size. Now you take the outer top 4 that are big to the side, raise your wedge all the way, rest your split on the beam and run it to split using only the single knife portion or center the split through the middle 4 wedges as it acts as a 4 way if they are huge . Seriously much faster than the 4 way. Hope that make sense. It’s a clever design when you really stop and look at it. The box wedge is great but really it’s best for big 20 inches and up and straight grained. Otherwise you create a giant mess. You really have to run it to understand how much kindling it creates. However the splits do come out nice 👍🏼.

BEASTonmade!

He actually bent over and didn't use a hook either. Shoulda welded on an umbrella holder for the video so it looked even more leisurely
I was hoping that my 37D was done ordered mine a year and 4 months ago 😢 hope they threw in some good eastonmade swag for my patience!!
Keep up with so many videos and I’ll have change your name to Chris in the wood yard. Lol
Awesome Splitter really puts the wood out Cadillac
Awesome splitter and wedge I could get all my firewood done in a weekend
That 37D is an awesome machine, love seeing those rounds split 12 ways.
The 37D is insane, for the big rounds of wood, the recycling time will save time and money,
Good job
Awesome Job! In the time it takes me to stand my splitter up to split those big rounds you have it completely split down.
Love the video Andrew!!
Can’t wait for my 37 d !!
You talked me into subscribing this time.
Thanks chris. Really appreciate the support
I did and I gave it a thumbs up! Love the machine Andrew, and some great points about the 8 way . Cheers!
Wow that thing is a beast!! Makes my 37 ton ruggedmade look like a wimp 😂
Andrew, that’s amazing, you and your guys are doing a great job
Beautiful machine
Been a subscriber for a while. Love how Andrew speaks about his competition. Have a Safe Day

Hey just wanted to say awesome machine. Thanks for the videos. Keep them coming
Heard your product are amazing. One day soon I’ll have some money saved up to give on a try. Impressive unit you showed in the video.
Just ordered an axis yesterday!! Been holding off for a vertical that is made closer (SW Wisconsin) but finally just decided to order an Eastonmade!
What an amazing piece of equipment! Love it!
Now that’s a awesome machine 👍
A lot more then I need but very nice 👍👍👍
I have a message in with your company on some things waiting to hear back and once again Andrew awesome video keep up the good work
If you have any issues let me know joe. We are incredibly busy
Pretty slick! It sure is fast!!
Looks great there Andrew! Hard to beat that machine efficiency and build quality!
love watching your videos and how you explain everything, I hope to own one of your splitters one day
Amazing!
Beautiful gear Andrew! My favourite splitter of yours yet! It would sure speed my production up here at the Woodyard! Blessings, Jeff
What a beast of machine, is the ground shaking too?

Now this is what I’m talking about at least we’re trying to have splitters like the germans

Ohhhh, looks like my splitter is done! Wait, is that one mine?
Lol...not sure. We gotta be getting close!!!
Hey Andrew. could Chris run that on the MB22 ?
Yep. That 22MB can go up to a 16 way
Chis needs that for sure
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters maybe. that one. he likes smaller splits. might make a great combo for his set up.
Hey Andrew can you please use a 8 way with the 37D on the next video
Ill do my best!!!
If l had that I’d be done in no time
When are you going to build an infeed conveyor?
Would love to see that in action with the box pizza head on it
Where do you get your hydraulic pumps from
I've always wondered about a double box wedge possibility
That would take an insane built machine to handle that kind of stress and force. The cost would be almost unjustifiable to save approximately a 1/3 of the time.

Pretty easy. As long as it not something really stringy or knotty it normally pulls right out
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters OK, thanks!
How thick is the beam no worries of it twisting?? How much for a splitter like this??
Wish I had a Canadian accent like that hahah. Being from Windsor it doesn't compare

Nothing in my mind beats a Rabaud

When will you be caught up on the 37D .I have been over a year now.
If you give the shop a call they should be able to give you a better time lime on it. 613-812-3213
What is wedge made from? ar500? Wonder how it would survive nasty cotton wood?
Yep ar400. It takes quite a bit to hurt one
Now all I have to do is to figure out how to come up with the money to pay for it
Is the production time faster on the 37d vs the 22 28? We placed our order in January 22
No they are about the same
Thanks for the reply can't wait to get ours. Hopefully sooner then our new projected date. Thanks for the great videos

How does it work with hardwood some of are about 30 “wide
Bigger blocks just need to get run through again

Darrell Banks from Atlanta GA. How much is a 37D??
The price is on the Eastonmade website.
Hey Andrew curious would a 12 way work on 12-22 power wise etc of course splitting Oak , Maple etc no ugly stuff. Eastonmade #1 👌🏻🔥🇨🇦
No...we have tried it a couple fo different ways and the 12-22 just doesnt have enough power to do it reliably
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters perfect that was what I was thinking but not sure thanks Andrew cheers.
How much does it cost I could use one
$40,000
How big is the cylinder??
4.5"
So where can I get a splitter in the USA
We sell them direct from our factory in Canada. We can ship it to you. Our phone number is 613-812-3213
