Hey man thank you for these videos i just enlisted into the navy and now i’m getting ready for my special warfare try out for AIRR. I don’t have regular access to a pool so this helps a lot.

Maybe I haven't found it yet, but is there a video on swim technique? Like proper everyday vs. rescue technique? If I recall, as a lifeguard, we were taught to never put your head in the water maintain solid eye contact on the victim, but no one ever talked about what that looked like for efficiency. Do you have a video on that or could you talk about that a little?

Hey Jeff, do you have any workout recommendations to increase your swim time?

300m warmup 8x50m sprints 30 second rest work ratio, 5x100 shoot for consistency in time w/ 1:00 rest in between 500m cooldown. If thats to easy up the rep count. Hope that helps for a good starting point.

Hello Jeff, I was wondering what are the PT requirments in the different schoolings that you did. I know the pool portion is a lot of it, but do you have to do push ups and pull ups (which is am not very good at)?? Those are the physcial things that I am just nervous about or want to know. Thanks
