Nowadays, Pandan Leaves can be bought from almost every Chinese, Thai or Indian grocery store to fresh or even frozen. I experienced more than twice to use pandan extract instead, The flavor itself is weak and artificial. Anyway, You can give it a try, just use coconut milk instead of pandan juice, and buy a ''top quality pandan extract'' for 2 drop or read the instructions suggested.
